I was happy to run across this food truck, and its healthy options, at an event in Leawood. Several signature bowls were available, but I liked the ability to create my own bowl. You can tell they are serious about serving healthy food since their base options are brown rice or spring mix - nice! The base option was not shown on the create your bowl menu, so just ask for it. They also offer a vegan option.My custom chicken bowl ($10 including tax, but before $0.50 credit card fee) was ready about five minutes after I made my touchless credit card payment. You can watch the cook tossing your meat, veggies, and sauce together like a pizza crust maker tosses the dough.My bowl measured in at a reasonable 6" x 1.5", and included a generous amount of delicious, white, premium, perfectly cooked chicken chunks and fresh veggies, with a wonderful cilantro lime sauce. The bowl was amazing!I liked the professional, efficient, relatively fast service. I noticed several unique beverage options, but drink prices weren't on the menu boards. The bowl could have been bigger, so I'm thinking 4.5 stars and rounding up.
