Dunkin'

I stopped in because I needed a location close to the gym so I could make a work call happen with Wi-Fi without driving home or skipping the gym. The Wi-Fi was great. There was plenty of space and it was quiet. But better yet the lady at the front counter was wonderful. She was kind and she didn't mind me coming in and getting a tea just to have a call. Another woman came in while I was there and made what I perceived as a rude comment about having to buy something to use the Wi-Fi then proceeded to use the Wi-Fi and not buy anything so I elected to buy an additional treat on my way out. I was pleasantly surprised when the same lady at the front counter surprised me with a double treat and gave me an extra donut just to be kind. Overall 10 out of 10 experience for what I needed in the moment and for kindness.

we always order donuts and they are always right they have the best texture and are so soft.I recommend this to everybody

First time coming here. I would come here more often if it wasn't out of my way to work. But the drive thru was really busy at 9am today (6/25) and I was thinking about not waiting in line. But I saw that it was going pretty fast and got in line. It went by so fast I was shocked. There was maybe 7 cars in front of me and I only waited probably 2 mins. They were on top of it! So great! The guy handing me my items was very nice too. It makes my day even better when employees are really friendly. I got a medium iced caramel latte and a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Really good!! The sandwich is a good size for the price and tasted good. My drink was also good price for the size. Great coffee! Other places would charge more for drinks. I feel like I get a better bargain here with drinks. Hopefully I can stop by more often even if it's little out of my way.

My daughter loves to get refreshers and doughnut holes as a treat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The drive thru line goes smoothly and the line inside the store is always efficiently ran as well. Fresh doughnuts and drinks always.

Took 1 hour until we got our drink. Got hash browns and they tasted like cardboard .Overall worst experience ever! Workers are super bad!!!

I ordered an iced chai with cold foam. i received straight milk with cold foam. for $7 i dont know if the milk was with it

I went threw the drive threw and got my order after i left i opened my bag and everything was thrown in there. I had to go back in because i opened my wrap and the cheese was burnt I was missing the bacon and the egg was barely on the tortilla. After I go in to get it switched I was waiting for one wrap for 15 minutes.

First off the drive through is in a weird location. When I pulled up to the line I missed the awkwardly located speaker. When I pulled up to the window to place my order. They took forever to come to the window. Then when girl came to the window. She said I was going to have to get back in line! After I had JUST WAITED IN LINE! She said yeah you have to order at the speaker.... I just waited in line.... She said and you have to order at the speaker. I just starred at her. Insert awkward silence.... I said do you not realize how backward this is? I was just in line.... More uncomfortable silence. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. The staff have never been polite or nice. They all look like they haven't bathed in days. Donuts come with thinned our frosting, they've come hard and stale. Save your money and go to the nice mom and pop donut location. They are nicer, donuts are fresh and not over priced. And the staff are not incompetent.

Got half dozen double chocolate. They were hard and dry. Manager told me that's how cake donuts are. I'm 57 and only eat cake donuts. Last time I Ever go back. I suggest the same. 7am old donuts at a donuts place with donut in there name.

They can't get the coffee right, crew members are always new and never the same people. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and can't get it because they're too hot and can't be cut.. asked for 2 old fashioned donuts and they were wrong. I get home and check my donuts and they're still wrong! I got 2 glazed.. Jesus, this location on Metcalf is going down faster than the Titanic! I think I'm finally done going to DD. None of their locations can seem to make a consistent coffee or get my order right. What a damn shame. ​
