Unfortunately, they do not follow their delivery policy specified as the following on the website: Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.I was contacted by someone stating they only deliver from 9am-5pm and when I stated this does not align with their policies online they exclaimed "Really... my website?" How does a business not know what they put on their website? It clearly says for Mother's Day and major holidays they operate at extended hours from 8am-8pm and they deliver to residential, hotel, and hospitals beginning at 6pm. VERY SAD!!!!

Don Evans has been a god send for us. We have been having to send a lot of flowers out of town lately. They have been so helpful to us. They helped us stay within our budget, knowing that we had been there several times this year. One time, they helped us get better information because my mom's family gave us the incorrect location for a service. When we called to confirm, her family realized that they were wrong. I really appreciate how thoroughly they are and patient with my mom. They are a little family owned business and have always treated us well. I can't imagine using anyone else.

Wish I could give them MORE than 5 stars!! Ordered an arrangement and it was delivered on-time and was absolutely stunning. The receiver could not stop mentioning how beautiful the bouquet was!! Flowers lasted a long time and were elegantly arranged. 100% recommend Don Evans!!!

My sister in law recently went back to school to get her high school degree! We were so happy for her, and proud we decided to order flowers. She lives in Kansas City KS and I wasn't familiar with any florists in the area. I did a little research online and Sara's Flowers had so so reviews so I decided to give Don Evan a shot since they had a couple of great reviews on Google. I am so glad I did! I ordered online, which always makes me a bit nervous. I chose the Deluxe Soothing Blooms, they were $68.96 plus tax and delivery was free. I ordered them at 9:30 am and I immediately received an email confirmation. I then received an email confirmation around 3pm that afternoon that the flowers had been delivered! How great! My sister was overjoyed to get them and they were beautiful! I would highly recommend Don Evans for your florist needs.

I had an awesome experience at Don Evan's. I needed some centerpieces a few days before my mother's retirement party and they made it happen! They came out so beautiful! Would definitely recommend them!

Had a unique request that came up and the team reached out directly to get it solved. They were ready to work outside of typical hours to get the flower arrangement delivered, which was much beyond my expectations. Throughout the process the main contact was extremely responsive and communicative (unfortunately I did not catch his name). And best, my family member loved the flowers she received for the special occasion. Thank you for going above and beyond to provide an awesome service for my family. Ordered flowers this morning and they got delivered within two hours!! Not only was the bouquet and delivery remarkable but the company called me to let me know they were out of one piece for the bouquet and had to sub that flower for a dif one and it was still beautiful!! Thank you!!
