Dominoes

We love this dominos location and their food.We order from this location about every other month. We always order through the app, we always take advantage of one of their deals, and we typically order the same thing - 2 medium pan pizzas with one topping, parmesan bread bites and cinnamon sugar bread bites.We always go pick it up to avoid the extra delivery charges.We have always gotten good service, timely preparation, and we can follow along in the app. When we show up, someone brings our order to curbside within a minute or so. The pizzas are hot and tasty.We will continue to order from this location and recommend carryout to anyone who loves Dominos.

I would pick zero if possible. Ordered a delivery order that never arrived. Went to the store to see what happened, woman working there was so nasty and uncaring. if this is the type of employee that Dominos wants, I hope their business tanks. This store is the worst and she is so uncaring and just flat nasty. They will never answer the phone, and when I asked why my pizza had taken 2 hours, she said "you'll have to wait like everyone else." She never looked at me and was totally unprofessional. I want to speak to the manager about her, but they'll never anwer the phone to do so. Don't even consider using this store, Pizza Hut is right across the street.

Well, although I was excited to get a Dominoes on our side of town, it looks like we will be sticking with Pizza Hut. I expected quite a wait with it being Halloween, but decided 30 minutes was reasonable. When I reached the 45 minute mark and saw that my tracker on the app still said it was being prepared I decided to head in. When I got inside a lady was being argued with by an employee. I couldn't get anyone to speak with me and finally when someone was close I asked how much longer. The gentleman looked up my order and told me another HOUR!!! I get businesses being busy, but why did the app not reflect true wait time? I asked for a refund and they happily did that. Didn't get an apology for wasting my time. Will not be going back. Will stick with a reliable business.

Your delivery may or may not arrive and don't try to call them - this location doesn't answer their phone. Twice we've had to go to the location to get it figured out (gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time). We are done.
