I was told by a friend that Dominic's located in the car wash is better than Dominic's brick and mortar. He was spot-on, because when I tried the lasagna from this place today, it was terrible. Honestly, I felt like I was eating a lasagna that had been cooked a week ago, refrigerated, and then reheated for my order. The noodle portion was swollen/overcooked, the "ricotta" was a weird congealed consistency like blended tofu, and the sauce was watery and over-salted. I CANNOT recommend this place to others. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Dominic's Casual Italian Express, located in the car wash. The difference is obvious!

I have been coming to Dominic's since I was a child and they had a drive through off of North Oak. Fast forward they had a location off North Oak that you could dine in and fast forward again they now have a car wash option as well as a drive-through off 64th St. Dominic's is a long time family favorite of your classic Italian dishes. The service here is always wonderful and the employees are super helpful and friendly. This location has a really nice dining area for larger groups as well as a drive-through. Dominic's has some of the best Italian in Kansas City. It's definitely a must try.

I don't know who's to blame here, but it's either Uber Eats or Dominic's. Mine and my daughter's sauces were curdled. My son's spedini was dry and he said it tasted like it had been under a lamp for a while. We used to like this place, but the prices we pay now are not worth inedible food. Very disappointed.

We order thru door dash from here and the order is always correct, nothing missing, and it's delivered hot! We've had several different meals from here, salads, pasta, chicken parm, lasagna, Alfredo. Its all good!! Favs are prob lasagna and Alfredo!

This place used to be the gold standard for quick Italian food. I've eaten here for 15+ years. That is until a recent experience after a short hiatus from eating there. I was shocked by the price increases, by the tiny portions, and by the very mediocre quality (what happened?!). We also had some items from our order missed. We promptly called up and was told it was being refunded back to our card which was great. Fast forward to a few days later and no credit. We called up and the manager was incredibly rude and ended up hanging up on us after telling me he could not refund me - I get it is the restaurant business, but talk about unprofessional. It is no wonder their restaurant has seriously tanked in every way imaginable.Long story short - I cannot recommend this place in good conscience to anybody. My recommendation to this restaurant is to treat your customers with some level of respect and stop stealing from them (yes, not refunding customers for items you never gave them is theft).
