Ditto is a perfect place to find a quick and cheap outfit! They have a huge shoe selection and plenty of clothes that are barely used to choose from. Plus they always have sales going on so you can always get a good deal. It's always fun to go in and see what they put out because you can always find something new that wasn't there the day before and some have tags still on it. Selling wise its a good place to sell you clothes. They take the higher ends and give you a decent price for it all. The girls are super sweet and will explain the reasons why they can't take it if you ask politely. Overall I recommend stopping in and checking them out. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is super fun and hip. A definite spot to visit if you have time!

I pretty much agree with each and every one of the previous reviews. Ditto has some great finds as far as designer jeans and handbags at great prices. However, they are also overpriced on many of their other items. An example - a purse by my favorite designer selling for the same price that I found it on sale at the retailer last year. Not a deal considering that Ditto's is used. I feel like I could walk into any garage sale or thrift store in the Northland and pay about 1/10th the price for a similar selection on most of the items they carry. This would be an excellent place to go if you were looking for a specific pair of shoes, handbag or jeans. Other than that, I feel it's a huge waste of time because their prices are just too high for what they are selling.

"ditto" others. Purchasing: Bad Service. Rude. Rude...did I mention Rude?First off, I am an AVID shopper. I know my price points for most retailers, brands and SALES! DITTO IS OVER PRICED FOR USED ITEMS! Granted the "designer" rack may be reasonable, but to find Target, Charlotte Russe, and Forever 21 items priced at $15-20, Seriously??!! I have walked out of that store several times empty handed. Every time I figure, hey you *might* find a cool deal, and every time I leave I ask myself "why did I come in here?"Selling: Don't waste your time. Sure the website lists the "brands" they buy, so I took in a basket of NOTHING but name brands, and a pair of unused Target Rain boots. I walked out with my basket minus my Rain Boots and 3 items and with a whole $5! Yeah me! I then drove down the Road to Platos... and sold half my basket and was not quite sure what to do with my newly found $37! .... well I proceeded to purchase a Coach Wristlet for $15! Heck of a find! Don't waste your time with Ditto, drive down to Platos! Better prices, better service!

Designer clothes, low prices, AND a location two minutes from my house? When this store opened a few years ago, I thought I was in heaven. Until I actually GOT to Ditto. The store is clean and attractive, with clearly marked sections that are easy to navigate. Everything's hung up neatly, and there's a fair selection of clothes which are actually at great prices. The service, however, leaves much to be desired. I was lucky if the lady acknowledged me before I pulled out my wallet at the cash register to buy something. Selling clothes is even more irritating. As I brought my bag of clothes in, the lady looked me up and down, told me to come back later as she was busy, and went back to leisurely looking through another bag of clothes for 30 minutes. Later, she told me that Ditto only takes "designer" items (though she only took the Abercrombie and American Eagle items, and no actual designer brands) and only gave me $8 back for 5 items. Fantastic. There are plenty of other places to do my shopping. Goodbye Ditto!

You have to know what to expect when you go in to a place like Ditto. I've been going for over a year and ALWAYS find something to buy! The service has never been great, I always make sure I am dressed nice when I go to that store to sell clothes because I've taken a psychology class and would like to get the most money for my clothes. The website CLEARLY tells you what they are looking for. I know taste in clothing is a super personal thing but I've seen adults in this store yell and leave in a huff. Also, make sure you are selling seasonal appropriate things here. They don't have a lot of room so they can't keep a summer inventory in December. The thing I most appreciate about Ditto is it has ALL sizes. It is one of the few stores like this that actually carry quite a bit of plus size clothing. They are consistent with buying/selling quality clothes and accessories. Oh and dudes can find things here too.

I have a mixed review. Pros: The clothes are usually brand new or close to. Great selection for Plus size & maternity. Lots of sales. Have great jewelry selection.Cons: They don't give you hardly anything for your BRAND new or like new stuff. Even with tags. They claim stuff has to be bought within a year but I don't see how they KNOW. My daughter brought in some adorable IN STYLE, name brand stuff that was completely turned away.I'm really confused by their purchase policy :P

Bring in a $100+ pair of designer jeans and get $7.. NOT a place to sell your clothes...staff has an attitude and not very friendly. They go thru your pile of clothes like your clothes are full of cooties... Honestly, you are better off giving your items to a charity and taking the tax deduction. I have found a few things as a shopper when looking for a costume for an event. (Pleather mini from Forever 21 marked down for $8.) If you know your brands and can find a good sale at the original stores you are probably better off especially if you are fearful of used clothes cooties.

I have to admit that while I'm a pretty thrifty person, there are some luxury items that I love, namely designer jeans. Ditto is great because I can get my designer jeans "fix" at discount store prices. What's not to love about that?!The store is large, clean, and laid out really well. There's a pretty large selection of items in every size, as well as plenty of accessories: shoes, bags, jewelry, etc. There are also maternity clothes, if that's what you're looking for. (I wasn't, but figured it was worth a mention.)In the span of 15 minutes I managed to find 4 pairs of jeans in my size to try on, in the specific brand(s) that I prefer. Not too shabby, especially since the normal retail prices of these jeans are well over the $100 mark, and I could've scored a pair in perfect condition for $30. (Except that they were too short!! Curses!!) If there is something wrong with the clothing (aside from it being gently used), it's noted on the tag, which helps to avoid any unwelcome surprises. I haven't sold any items at Ditto yet, but I do have a few things I could bring in - I figure that if they do want them, even getting a little bit of cash for things I no longer want isn't a bad thing, so we'll see how that goes. Like Nancy K. mentioned in her review, their website clearly lets you know what type of items they want, so that's helpful to check out prior to bringing your clothing in.Unfortunately for my husband (and fortunately for my wallet), the section of men's clothing is much smaller than the women's section, so he was bored fairly quickly, which is why I didn't end up spending more time browsing...and didn't end up buying any jeans this time around. Now that I know exactly what Ditto has on offer, though, I'll definitely be back in.

Service is always rude and dismissive. They've cancelled 2 separate appointments of mine without emailing or giving notice. Unreliable and overpriced.
