turn away twice.. Got there b4 3pm on a Sunday it 12pm to 6pm.Disappointed my gdaughter twice

Went 2 hours before closing thinking that would be enough time for the kids to play. Boy was I wrong. Nobody was at the counter to buy the passes for about 20 minutes. They were probably trying to pay their child support bill. Then when we FINALLY got in. There were 3 people "working" there. The one named Juan was actually working. The other two space cadets were doing anything but. Half the time they were talking to their girlfriends (I think those were girls???) And the other time they were staying off into space with a blank look on their faces (probably trying to figure out how to spell CAT) Next time I'll find a better way to spend my money like Microwave it until it's illegible. Or bring my kids somewhere more family friendly like Hooters. This place is an overpriced joke. Future disappointed customers BEWARE!

Looks cool saw it when I was there 9 months ago randomly, climbing portion of the attraction has been closed, for around 4-5 months arcade remains open, not sure why it's closed they said they're going to relocate and reopen, but haven't yet

Purchased the Groupon that states it is valid for redemption Monday - Thursday. However, when we got there the area seemed uninhabited. The person at the arcade told us they only have the rock wall climbing Friday - Sunday, meaning the Groupon is never accepted. Groupon was great and refunded me, but just wanted to spread the word so others don't take time out of their day to waste it here. I wouldn't trust any of the workers here either, I could see them not paying attention and dropping someone who is climbing.

I bought a Groupon to try this out with my grandkids while they were visiting. I checked the website for the days and hours that they were open prior to purchasing the Groupon. Their website says that they are open every day. So, I bought the groupon that was a special for Mon-Thur play. When I arrived with them on Thursday evening, I found out from the mall staff that they are only open Fri-Sun. Why would they offer a Groupon for days that they aren't even open?! Very disappointed.

Awesome place to bring kids of any age. Every time I come here my kids and her friends want to play. It's a blast,

Waited for an hour for an associate who was trained to get us harnessed up. Eventually left the mall. Whack

Bought a pass for myself and my brother in law and we both didnt enjoy it the jungle gym area kept shaking and it was very slick. I fell off the rock walls because the cord yanked me back up. I didn't appreciate the manager either he was very rude and he said he didn't care that i fell off the wall. I asked if i could get credits toward the arcade since i had an hour a five mins left out of the 90 mins i had bought. Dont recommend.

I was in this place last week. Our area really needs that kind of family oriented activities. We really enjoyed our time there . Price was reasonable for what they offering.Two thumbs up. If you guys looking for place to have fun and shopping at the same time. That's the right place.
