Dillon Stores

A fantastic Dillons! I think this is the closest one to our home in Lee's Summit. I grew up shopping at Dillons in McPherson and Wichita. We saw that Leavenworth was blessed with a Dillons and couldn't get there fast enough. The staff was amazing! We did our Thanksgiving shopping here. Incredible prices and service!

I started working nearby so I stop by their deli area when I don't bring my lunch. I was so excited to see they have poke bowls!! I live in Overland Park and out there one by one all the poke places are closing. I am so happy they have this, and their sushi is pretty good too. One time they were sold out and the lady behind the counter asked if she could make me something. It was so sweet! I am now a regular.

I highly suggest that the female pharmacist finds another career. The rudest pharmacist we have ever dealt with. To the pharmacy staff: It is considered rude to stare and point at the customer while the customer is waiting in line. The store manager that I reported this to was the nicest person and is embarrassed by the pharmacy handled this situation.

I really appreciate this store. It's the closest of the Kroger chain to me. It's very coupon friendly. They are usually well stocked. They usually have a good amount of markdowns and they do really well on keeping up with the best by dates. I'm funny about checking expiration dates.They also have a hot section that's really generous with their portions. I dig that. The store is well lit and very inviting. I've never had a problem with the staffing. They always are very pleasant and welcoming.

I have been unable to access the app for over a month. I first went to the store as both the wife and I could not access the app. They told us the app was down. It has now been a month. The wife's Apple phone works now but the Android phones we have will not load the app. I called and was on a call with the most inept IT person I ever saw (didn't know anything about the app) for over 45 minutes and never got even a suggestion for a solution. While we enjoy shopping at the store and they have the best loyalty program in the area we can't use the app so it is worthless as we can't get digital coupons or anything else loaded.

Thank you to the Dillons Floral Department for doing such a great job on the flowers for my wedding. I appreciate the detail that was put into making each piece and getting the colors just right.

I would normally rate this store higher but it started allowing spectrum representatives at the front of the store to accoste the customers as they leave. Wal Mart and dollar general did the same thing. I guess money talks, why else would you do this. It does not benefit me.​

First of all the Front-end of Dillions is lazy. Stuff does not get done unless the TEEN employees do it. The store is already dirty and hardly gets cleaned unless customers brings it up. Most employees have attitudes when a TEEN asks a question or for them to do something for them that could cause them to get arrested. Two employees (Harker and Joe) do not take care of their well-being and wear the same stuff every day, don't take care of their hygiene. Every employee is BIG crybabies and complains!! I highly recommend not working here at all.

Ordered flowers over the phone with Amanda, she was very nice and so helpful. When they were delivered, they looked absolutely amazing. She did a great job; Amanda went above and beyond!

My roommate bought pint of whipping cream and was charged $9.99. Walmart charges $4.48. Why the double in price. That is price gouging.
