Diamond Academy

Don't ever work here if u plan on going here for anything in the future. They kicked my kid out before they even got in the building just because they wanted to go to open gym after they quit working there because they found a better job that was so drama filled! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Went here for four years and loved it. They have great kids programming, and a great competitive team program as well. The coaches are wonderful and truly care about the gymnasts. They also offer cheer and dance programs - I am less familiar with those but hear good things.

I had a few friends who did not have the best experience here.. but it's very convenient with the location.. having experience in other dance/gymnastic studios even though it was a convenient location it was not a good experience in more ways then one.

I had heard some pretty awful stories about Diamond Gymnastics and Dance, but I like to see for myself, and it is as bad as they say it is! The owner is not professional, she is not helpful, she is there to collect your money only, and many including myself have been billed twice, once they said they had two accounts open which is why they did not find the money, it took finding the check to assure them I had paid, then they finally found another account under my name.. then when we were supposed to be ending, they went ahead and charged us knowing we were not staying.. There are many other great gymnastic/dance places.. I would not bother with this one.. plus the facilities look like they never get cleaned..

Out of all of the activities that I have ever signed my children up for Diamond Academy Gymnastics has to be the biggest disappointment. I thought Diamond would be a step up for my daughter but the program was a complete waste of time and money. The 50 min class was spent 15 of stretching where the coach was trying to hide the fact she was on her cell phone. 10 -15 of walking around the gym trying bars, beam or other things that the coach never showed the students how to do any of these things. Then 10-15 of free time of jumping into the foam pit or having the coach pick them up and throw them in. Management was contacted numerous times and admitted the coach did not have experience but did little to nothing to provide training or supervision. If you are still considering Diamond after this review I would strongly recommend trail classes to make sure you get a coach instead of a low level babysitter.

Diamond is great my nieces go here and have a blast. They've taught them from the ground up and I'm very impressed on how well the staff and coaches are connected with the kids. This is the only gym we will ever attend
