This place is so cute! The aesthetic of the store is what attracted me to stop and check it out, it has all types of clothes that you need such as basics, dresses and coats. Their vintage section is to die for and I loved that they carry the brand ALOHA which I haven't seen in person just online. When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance right away and set up a dressing room for us when we were ready. Check out was quick as well and gave some recommendations. However, I do want to be transparent about the prices as this is more of a luxury store so there wasn't anything they had that was less than $50. But if you are looking for unique pieces I recommend checking it out and even just stopping to get some inspo

Fun & funky! Great vintage shop. Large selection of vintage attire.A variety of local artists on display. Candles , incense, skin care lines and jewelry. The staff is kind and patient.Especially considering I was one of the last customers due to time. Thanks y'all!

Hands down my favorite little vintage shop in Kansas City. I never miss stopping in here when I'm back in town and I miss it when I'm back in Bay. So incredibly well curated + fairly priced. They have an adorable selection of children's vintage too! I am obsessed with so many pieces every time I stop in, it's hard not to go a little crazy. Absolutely pay them a visit.

I'm always on the lookout for great vintage finds, and Dear Society did not disappoint! I found the perfect NYE Jumpsuit from the 80s that will bring me into the 2020s with the exact vibe I'm hoping to see through the next decade! Beautifully curated, and I had a wonderful experience with the woman working. Only downside is the price point is a bit steep.

The items in this shop are beautifully curated but I found not one bit of customer service. I was the sole shopper one afternoon looking for a gift for my daughter. The two young ladies at the cash register never stopped chatting to each other--not to say hello, to ask if I was looking for something in particular or to say goodbye as I left. For a small, eclectic shop like this, customer service is critical! I may be older than your demographic, but my budget is quite healthy. There are plenty of other boutiques in KC that will get my business.

I've only been in the brick-and-mortar store once but I'd return. I personally think the prices are high, but I also have the disadvantage of being a perpetually broke, college student, so my perception may be skewed - that being said I still managed to walk away with something. I love the décor and overall vibe of the store. There are vintage AND contemporary pieces, so the selection is diverse in that sense, but this store definitely adheres to a very specific aesthetic. On the other hand, you can tell these items are *carefully* curated and this really sets them apart from most, if not all of the "similar" stores in the area. The sales associates aren't really friendly and I definitely felt like I was being scrutinized, hence the 4/5 rating.

These ladies have amazing style, I loved everything in the store. They have new and vintage items, everything is quality and beautiful. They are so friendly and helpful on top of have impeccable style, this is a must stop when I'm in town.

I would never buy something from this store. they do not allow returns even in a short amount of time from the day of purchase. not my style of clothes and poor selection. so many better places to shop in Kansas City that want return customers.

Best curation of both vintage and new!!!! Dear Society carries the best labels and finds the best vintage from all over the country. I visit this store almost on a weekly basis, because they replenish their vintage so quickly and the staff is just amazing. They are fun, kind, have exquisite taste, and they do not pressure anyone to buy (probably because they don't have to-their products speak for themselves!). I could go on for hours about what I like about this place and these people. I have the most incredible lineup of vintage bags because of them.

Great customer service! The girls that work there are all very friendly and helpful. They did not ambush me when I walked in as many mall shops do, but were eager to help when I asked. The selection is a great mix of vintage and modern items at reasonable prices and the store itself is super cute!
