They charged 3000$ for installing new sump pump ( main and backup sump pump).. 400$ Backup sump pump is sold for 1900$ including labor.. their VIP service is a waste as they don't check the sump pump and other systems..

We had AC, heat and water tank all installed today. Stephen and Chris were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned the area well as they left. Mark was wonderful to work with on our large project and over sees the work. Kim was polite and responsive to our phone calls. They work quietly as possible, are friendly and explained how to use our new systems. We highly recommend them. Very competitive pricing and very thorough.

I am not sure where to even begin. I actually had the same issue as T.M with my pipe for the air conditioner freezing over but mine was a brand new system. First time ever using it. The owner was unprofessional when he arrived at my house. I just changed the filter the week before but he kept claiming that a dirty filter was to blame and not the low level of Freon in the system. He said the level of Freon was not low enough to freeze the line. The whole visit made me very uncomfortable as he stomped his way through my house without explaining what he was doing.Overall, my experience with this company has been one of the most disappointing with home remodel. They did not try to resolve the issues with me and ignored many of my questions about charges that appeared on my account with no explanation or disclosure.I do not want anyone to go through the same experience that I have had. Do not use this company at all!

Honest, punctual, friendly. Davenport has been out to my house several times to service my HVAC system and I have been very satisfied each time. I asked if I needed a new system but the owner suggested I had more life left in the present system, that it would not make any sense to upgrade.

we've been a long time customer but I feel like that doesn't matter. we had an appointment today to have our AC maintained like we've always done. it's already late in the summer season so any further delay then what is the point (even though we have a contract with them). they called to cancel and reschedule for august. what is the point? how can they not get a long standing customer in sooner. I'm not a fan of their customer service. I would not recommend them.

Today Davenport provided and installed a new furnace and AC unit. Zach and Matt arrived on time, were very professional, laid tarps down, offered to wear covid masks, and were great communicators. My new Carrier system is installed and working great. They took great pride in their work. I would only use Davenport in the future. They have helped us with plumbing, heating and air needs. BEWARE!!!! Worst experience I've ever had with a company....Davenport serviced our home one week prior to our home closing, gave a great report. Then when we took possession of the home the furnace would not turn on. We contacted them to have them come out and asses the issue, given that they just serviced all the units and reported that everything was in great working order. I was told that VIP members didn't have to pay a service fee when I arranged for someone to come out. Then, the gentleman that came out said the 2011 thermostat was "old" and quit working in the short window since they had just been there and they would provide us with a "free" thermostat per our VIP contract but we needed to pay them $80 for coming out. I expressed my grief given that they were just out and we've only lived in the house for 4 days and that we would contact our realtor to have her take care of the fee or the previous owner. I then expressed that I needed to pick up my children from school and would have It figured out before I returned while he was installing the new "free" thermostat.....he refused and left us with no thermostat and no heat. Awesome. Cherry on top....VIP member and am being refused service now--even though we have a contract with a fall tune up, a humidifier tune up, 2 sump pump checks and a "free" thermostat (valued at $865 per their website VIP program description, for two systems) left on the contact. Mark the owner and Kim were incredibly rude. Kim told me they were refusing service, left us with no heat and then hung up on me. I would give zero stars for this company and their level or customer service.
