Dance Fit Flow is exceptional! If you're a retired, current, or wanna-be dancer, try it out! All levels are welcome, and the staff is *chefs kiss*. The community is so strong at DFF, and they value getting to know you as a person. I look forward to going to class each week. Some of my favs are Topher's Tuesday classes and Caroline's pro power jazz, and Tara's pro power hip hop, but honestly, I haven't tried a class I didn't LOVE!!

So. Much. Fun. I haven't been in a jazz class in 20 years so I was pretty nervous for my first one at DFF. Though I was pretty rusty, the atmosphere was inviting and encouraging. Tony is a great instructor! I also LOVE WERQ. Tara does not mess around and is so much fun. I haven't been able to go to a cardio dance class since before the pandemic so I have a lot of catching up to do. This is the perfect class to do that. It kicks my butt in a good way!

I feel so so lucky to be able to dance again! This place is great for adults who danced growing up and want to continue going, complete beginners, or even people who took a break for a little and are returning. The teachers are extremely professional and make the experience super fun. They are also very helpful when it comes to technique and connection to dancing. I LOVE it!

Just took a call here this evening! My friend hosted a entry level shuffle class and it was amazing! The space was very clean and SO cute. Very happy my friend got to host a class here and teach others around the Kc area shuffle dance! Will be back soon to sign up for more classes!! Def recommend for anyone looking to learn some dance moves

If you are someone who LOVES dance but hasn't done it for awhile, this is the place for you! It's been almost ten years since I have been in a dance class, so I am so happy to see Dance Fit Flow come to the Crossroads. The studio is specifically for adults only who would like to return to dancing after a hiatus or maybe someone that's new to dance but would like to try something different. My friend and I decided to try out a drop-in class here and we started out with Cardio Dance, which is offered for all levels. Let me tell you, it was tough! But, it was also incredibly fun and it was a nice break from my tedious workouts in the gym. The teacher starts you off with some stretching and a little bit of barre work and then moves on to choreograph the "routine" that you will repeat for almost the entire class. It's okay if you don't memorize it right away. By the end, you will have done it so many times that you have got it down! She also added some planks, squats, and arm work in the routine as well but for the most part you are dancing. The studio itself is really nice. It has large open rooms with a lot of natural light and big windows. Our teacher, Lauren, greeted us right away and was so welcoming and friendly. She gave us a tour of the studio and explained all the classes they offered and their pricing structure as well. I'm interested in trying out some of the other classes, such as tap and jazz, so I will definitely be back!

I am shocked and appalled that I have never reviewed Dance Fit Flow. I attended their first week of classes when they first opened and I bought a pack of 10 classes since it was right near my office at Crown Center. About 2 weeks later, I found a new job at Sprint Campus and didn't go back to the studio, despite still having like 8 passes left. Eventually, I decided to get serious about my fitness and thought I should come back and use up my passes. 9 months later, I have attended at least 1 class a week since then, and depending on what is going on in my life, I may attend up to 3. I get the 5 class monthly pass every month, and it is money well spent. Kerri and Lauren have done a great job with the studio. They have a terrific mix of dance and dance/fitness classes, from beginners tap, heels, Werq, contemporary, and way more. If you like to move your body to music, this is the place to go! They have classes for all dance and fitness levels and their pop up classes are so fun. It's so great and it truly is a NO JUDGMENT ZONE! I am obsessed with Miami Heat with Jenn. It really is so much fun and so sexy. You truly feel like you are at a club. I would say it can be pretty challenging for a non-dancer to keep up but, as a long time dancer, I appreciate that it doesn't feel like step aerobics and you really feel like you are doing a choreographed dance. I also will sometimes do the Sexy Core class afterwards which truly does help build your muscles for "sexy" movements. You work on things like body rolls, sexy sit ups, twerking, etc. I'm always super sore 2 days later. That one is exhausting but I can already tell my strength has improved significantly after ~5 classes. I've also done DanceFit, Mixtape, Werq, Sweat & Swag, Cardio Barre, Kitten Heels, and Beginner Tap - not a bad class to be found! Everyone's so nice and the space is gorgeous. I can't say enough good things!
