Dam Restaurant Lounge

Great service, delicious food, and if you get to sit by the window, you can enjoy the view to the bridge and the water of the western upper branch of the lake of the Ozarks! Our group of seven had all different food orders and they started coming out within eight minutes after we placed the order! I must have is there garlic cheese curd! And my tenderloin dinner was delicious! I will be back for sure!

Big disappointment. Drove by a few times between the state park and Warsaw seeing this cute location, so decided to stop in for a bite and a drink around 5pm on. Friday. No drink menu except for a pop up card with beers and seltzers. I asked what's on draft-- nothing Lounge is in the name of this establishment. There were a couple of locals getting dinner and watching a woman try to cut through her meat with great vigor assured me I wasn't going to order a meal. We settled on a side of onion rings to be polite: not yummy. Super bland and way too much breading. Served with bland store-bought ranch. Couldn't even eat them, and we were pretty hungry walking in. Waitstaff untrained as to basic greetings. Ambience was very boring and quiet. Silverware served in a plastic baggie. Plastic water cups and no glass offered for my bottle of beer. People just weren't enjoying themselves here. Tables on the patio were empty with umbrellas tied down-- seemed closed. Save your dime and eat somewhere else. This place isn't even as good as the Costco food court

Ate there Sunday for breakfast ordered the pork chops for breakfast terrible could not hardly cut it dry couldn't eat it was so over cooked Service was good that was about all that was good

First time back since they reopened after the fire. Sunshine's having the Ruben with crinkle fries, onion rings and a side salad with Bleu Cheese dressing. Salad-"really good!" Highly recommend! Ruben-"it was okay." Sides-Onion ring were standard. Good. Nothing special. Cupcake's having a burger with cheddar cheese and jalapeños with tarot tots and a side of ranch, for dipping. Burger-YUMMY Tots-crispy deliciousness! Had a couple Captain & cokes. Tasty. Candy, our server was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with every detail! The restaurant was closed for 9 months, for repairs. They did a nice job; could have done better. Clean and well lit.My $0.02

While the facility is clean and new. The menu is lacking in attention. We had the catfish dinner (very basic, seasoning would do wonders) and Chicken fried chicken (with probably dehydrated mashed potatoes, and frozen veggies). Again, needing some type seasoning (too basic, Sysco fair). Personally, I would look elsewhere. Service was adequate for Friday evening, but only half full with patrons.

I had the 12 ounce Ribeye steak. They grilled it to perfection, medium rare! Yum. Mashed taters need work and so does the white gravy. The green beans tasted like they were from a can. Oh well. But the star of the show was the Ribeye! I'll be back!

Fresh charbroiled medium rare all beef with extra crispy tater tots washed down with a crisp blend of Dr. Pepper . Superb

Cost of food for evening meal has risen here and at home no blame ever intended. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the water is calming

Food has been great ! Service is good too! Ambiance is ok ... it's kind of loud as they are pretty busy . They might want to consider something in there that absorbs sound ? Cork maybe don't know ?

The food is good "for the area " that means whatever is canned from Walmart. Seriously poor service, must ask for refills server inattentive and absent mostly. First time back since last year and the fire. Guess we've got that off the bucket list. You can at least get some food better than Taco Bell. That's not high praise!
