Valentine's Day arrangement!
One of my skydiving adventures :)
Not overly impressive for $100+. Roses drooped by day four or five.
Paid over $100 for one dozen yet arrangement clearly has TEN roses plus a plastic heart. Roses had droopy necks by day for or five.

This is such a beautiful flower shop!! Went in for a last minute gift for my sister and they were incredibly helpful and made this beautiful custom mini arrangement for me on the spot. 10/10 customer service, adorable gifts (biblical and funny), and a beautiful flower selection. Overall 10/10!

Walking around this store was a lovely experience. There's a variety of fun things inside in addition to their flowers. The lady at the counter was so sweet, she gave us free roses just because! There are also two very friendly cats inside who love pets!

I wasn't the one that paid for it but I was the one receiving & they were beautiful! I can't tell you much about pricing but I can say getting flowers delivered on Valentine's Day is always fun & cute! And they're local so I'm glad my husband chose to support a local business!

Every year I order a Christmas arrangement for my family in Kansas City. The flowers are ALWAYS beautiful and they last... this year I was running late, and they still got my order for a Christmas Eve delivery. Thank you so much, such amazing customer service and beautiful flowers as well. This is the arrangement from 2019.I just added the photo of the beautiful arrangement that was delivered today (Dec. 2020)

I've always gotten beautiful flower/plant arrangements from D'Agee. The staff has always been friendly. Sorry to see one bad apple taint this store...that bad apple is gone now.

I was extremely disappointed with this florist. I had high hopes because they are a local business, but service was terrible from step one. I ordered a premium bouquet to deliver to my wife for our anniversary. I placed the order online and it did not deliver. I attempted twice to contact the email address included in my receipt on the day it was scheduled to deliver and there was no answer. I then attempted to send a facebook direct message. No answer. I called and they took several minutes to find the order. Finally the flowers were delivered and they began to dry out the very next day. I could not be more disappointed with this experience.

Ok, generally receiving flowers should not be an irritating and mildly creepy experience. Generally. Maybe someone should let D'agee know that, though, because these folks have some serious issues when it comes to flower delivery. My boss wanted to send me some flowers after I completed a huge project, so she asked my husband to recommend a good local florist. He usually goes with a national company, but did some online research and noted that D'agee had good reviews and was pretty close by. Well, apparently not close enough (15 mins away), as when my boss called, she was originally told that we were out of their delivery area. Odd, but whatever, they took the order anyway. They weren't able to deliver on the day she specified (Friday), but said that they could deliver the next day. Saturday I'm out with my husband and receive 2 missed calls (but no message) from a number I don't recognize. Weird, but whatever. As my cell phone is my ONLY phone, I do screen my calls, and figure if it's important, someone will leave a message. Flash forward to Monday. I get two more calls from another number I don't recognize, but the second time they actually leave a message. It's D'agee, wanting to know when I'll be home to accept a delivery. I call them back, tell them when I'm available, and wait. So, hours later, I'm in a meeting, and receive 3 MORE calls from the number that called me Saturday. WTF? Finally, on the third call, they actually leave a message - it's the delivery guy, wanting to know why I'm not home. He's at the wrong apartment. SIGH. Delivery guy ends up leaving the flowers at the wrong apartment, and my neighbors give them to me later. So, I call D'agee and let them know that I did in fact receive the delivery. The woman, who was very nice, was glad to hear from me, and said "Oh, you're the one we've been trying to reach for a couple of days!" Well. Maybe next time someone should actually leave me a freaking message instead of practically phone stalking me. I mean seriously, calling that many times and not leaving a message is just DUMB, and honestly, strange. Voicemail exists for a reason.I'd only give this place one star, if it wasn't for the fact that the two people I actually spoke with were nice. But really, they don't seem to know how to run a business (or at least the delivery side of things), and I'll be putting in my flower orders elsewhere.

The service I received today was wonderful. I called in a very last minute homecoming request and not only did they make a lovely boutonnière in time, they called back to make sure they remembered to place a pin in the arrangement. Shop local.

Ordered flowers on 7/20/22 for delivery 7/21/22 for birthday present. Never delivered.Had to call to see what happened the next day - online orders are supposed to print out on a ticket and for some reason never did. I received order confirmation email and everything. They see my order # in their system - but never followed thru. Disappointing. Don't rely on their online ordering system. Made me look and feel horrible for the person these were intended for.

When my mother passed away we went to D'Agee for flowers. We could not have found a better place for our order. The owner, and everyone we encountered, treated us with such compassion and care during this difficult time. The flowers were reasonably priced -- and perfect --just what we wanted. I would highly recommend D'Agee .Candy K.
