Ordered a barrel for a Dan Wesson, after waiting a month, sending numerous emails, trying many times to get someone from customer service to answer the phone, I gave up. Sent them an email to cancel my order, which they did almost immediately. Now I'm trying to get my payment refunded, so far my emails have gone unanswered, and I haven't been able to get anyone from customer service to answer the phone. I would advise against doing any business with CZ-USA.

I had problems with my new CZ TS2 and contacted the customer service. The process was slow, but eventually they took the gun and repaired it. Unfortunately not everything was fixed and I contacted them again. At this point they just disregarded my second claim. I had to call many times and each time was given some lame excuse like "your submission is still in the manager's inbox and he didn't triage it yet".Eventually I was told they are not going to address the issue because it is "acceptable". I don't believe it is, and many CZ owners agreed with me. They make good guns, but the service is a disgrace.

I have a Scorpion Evo 3+ that I've had to use warranty on it two times, both times CZ-USA went way beyond what they should to fix my rifle and get it back to me quickly. They contacted me daily if needed and answer any questions that you throw at them. The men and women at CZ USA are the best I've ever dealt with in a warranty situation.

I ordered 4 magazines and received a order confirmation. CZ-USA charged my credit card and then did a reverse charge (I don't know why). After 2 weeks I contacted CZ-USA and canceled my order since I hadn't heard anything. So, I bought magazines from a different company. Fast forward 6 weeks later. I received the magazines. No communication, nothing. Terrible service. You are better off going somewhere else.

Their products are great but their customer service is terrible.I ordered a few items from their web store and after 10 days I just received some parts of my order.I have been trying to contact them through their contact numbers and emails in order to talk with a representative to solve my issue but no one answers it does not matter how many times you try.The web store shows an item is in stock but after ordering it and waiting for a long time to receive your order you will find out that the item was out of stock while the web store was not updated and synchronized with the warehouse.This is my order number W300052820 and I have not heard from them so far.Dan Wesson also used to have a much better customer service before being purchased by CZ-USA.

I placed an order for a optic ready slide on May 7th. The label was created May 15 and was not mailed. After hours of waiting on hold for a representative and 4 emails with no response I was treated rudely by the representative and his supervisor. CZ was not apologetic nor will to provide customer service to fix the situation. This was for my son's collage graduation and now I get to go to his party and look like a dead beat because of CZ. Stuck with Glock, they provide a excellent customer experience.

I love cz pistols but customer service and their webstore is horrible. I bought a p-10 s and wanted a optic plate. Ordered one from cz-usa on 5-29-24. On 6-7-24 it was still staging. I called customer service and after waiting an hour i talked to someone and cancelled the order. I sent an email the same day to verify it was cancelled. It was ignored. On 6-26-24 they charged my bank account. 19 days after i cancelled the order they sent it and charged me. Well i called first thing in the morning 6-27-24 about it and was answered right away. The guy apologized and said the paperwork should be filed and a refund issued later in the day if not then the next day. The way this company is ran it might be several weeks until i get it. I will continue to buy their firearms for now but will never use their webstore.

I'm not sure as to what planet they're living on and I don't understand how come everyone here gets terrific service yet I cannot even get a shipping label to get them my p10 f comp model for a trigger repair job. Obviously they don't even honor they're warrantee if I can't even get the gun to them to tell me whether it's covered or not. My gun has been sitting in a box at an FFL waiting for 3 months. Horrible company!!

I ordered 2 mags for my p09 back in April, the 8th to be specific. Basically over the last month and a half I've gotten no email updates. Well according to their website, you need to log in to view your order status. Okay, cool. I never made an account so I don't know my password, so I called customer service. First time I spoke with them they told me (a week after the order was placed) that the warehouse was behind on orders, hence no update. They also said they could send an email to reset the password for my account. Attached is the actual message from the email stating that an "error occurred generating the content," .....okay. So lemme try to just do this myself via the webpage. Legitimately the same message came to my mailbox when I hit the "forgot password" and provided my email. So a few weeks (5/10) later I called customer service again, and was told the same thing ("warehouse woes, sorry"), and I even informed them about the broken link when trying to reset the password, and they said it was a known issue that they're working on. Yet again on 5/17, I called customer service and was given the same fucking run around, only this time the guy was seemingly sympathetic to my plight cause he promised to "escalate my order" b/c he agreed that a month with zero updates for 2 fuckin mags was pretty absurd. I also informed the dude about the issue with resetting the password, and he again told me it's an "ongoing issue" -_- Fast forward to today, I get a fucking email from these pricks saying there was an "issue processing payment for your recent order," and I checked my bank statements. The charge posted back in april, so wtf? On top of that when I tried to call customer service, I wasn't even able to have the call go out before hearing the dial tone for a out of service line ("beeep beeep beeep" type shit). After the 4th attempt it placed the call, but they put me in limbo with customer service by having my estimated wait be 60+ minutes. So something real fucky is going on, thanks for hearing me out /end rant. Caveat emptor tbh, I remember reading online that CZusa webstore was pretty reputable, but after this abysmal experience I doubt I'd ever consider/recommend them again.
