Cycle of Heart

I stopped in to the shop looking for something to wear for my anniversary dinner with my husband. Being a year postpartum I am still trying to find things that fit my body and make me feel comfortable. I was able to find some cute items that made me feel amazing! Unfortunately one of the shirts I purchased got a hole in it on the first wear. Fortunately the owner, Anna, has amazing customer service! I emailed her and she told me to stop back in and I'd be taken care of. This was an understatement. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me find something to replace that top. Great clothes and amazing staff!

The Cycle of Heart Spin Studio is an amazing studio in the Northland. It is encouraging, motivating, and supportive for all of its members. All the coaches are awesome and each have their own individual flare. It's hard to pick a favorite. No two rides are the same, which is one of the reasons I love it. It keeps my workouts fresh and upbeat. A spin workout is an intense cardio activity, and don't expect anything less from Cycle of Heart! The other thing I love is that there are no metrics, so you control the effort and energy that you put in with the guidance from your coach. You get what you give! If you are looking to mix up your workout routine, give Cycle of Heart a try, your first class is free and they even have free bike shoe rentals with your ride/membership. As the weather gets warmer, they will do outdoor classes, which is amazing, especially sunrise rides. The studio is clean and well sanitized between each class.

The best studio in KC! All about body positivity. You feel supported and loved within this community. The coaches, staff, and fellow riders are always cheering you on. I definitely recommend checking out this amazing studio!
