Culver's

Two different visits in two weeks. See below:Visit 2: Stopped in again (after the visit below) and they told us to pull ahead in the drive thru. With cars coming behind us we turned around the corner and waited. After 10 minutes we came inside only to find them waiting. Same as before. ZERO initiative for the staff to go out and find whose custard this is, as if someone would pay for custard and then just leave. Go up to every car that has a person inside outside and ASK. Won't come back to this Culver's again unless someone from the team reaches out.Visit 1: Stopped in recently with a niece and nephew to get some frozen custard (and cheese curds for myself). Unfortunately they delivered my curds to my table but not the custard and I had to go up after five minutes only to find them sitting homeless, on the counter. Staff need to pay a bit more attention.

Visiting Topeka and we do not have Culver's where I live so I gave it a try. First the wait time in the drive through was over 10 minutes. That's really unacceptable in my book. The burger had a good taste, but I was expecting more. I wouldn't say it's anything bad but it also wasn't anything special. Onion rings were crispy but again, nothing special. Overall I thought it was an average burger place.

These people ruin lunch for people on their lunch break with their family do not order through the app they wanna have a order confirmed for pick up then when you get to the store they state they have no order for you nor will they refund your money. Want to ask if you have the correct store location. When you work right up the road.

For fast food Shrimp and fish and chips, this is a great place to stop. Good Service, helpful staff, clean property, good parking, and the fish was excellent compariing to other places fast food offerings.

Culver's is my one of my favorite fast food burger places- the food is always fresh - the fries are crinkle (my fave) and their custard is great! They never over apply toppings in a sundae and let the flavors shine. The only not so good thing I have had was a chicken cashew salad (not at this store) and they put more cashews than lettuce in the bowl. It was weird and I kept them for snacks later but kind of gross. Overall - always a winner

Dynamite double butter burger with all the standard trimmings- delicious! We also tried frozen customize-yourself frozen shakes and the blackberry was very good. I'm not a peppermint fan but my wife echoed the praise for hers. Simply stated, Culver's is speedy, delicious and scrupulously clean. Plenty of staff to keep up AND clean tables, it's a great go-to for burgers & more. Going back this week to try a grilled Ruben sandwich.

If you are looking for another burger joint, then Culver's is fine. If you want to eat anything else, keep driving. We've tried four different chicken entrees and they are VERY mediocre. Pork tender sandwich, mediocre. Pot roast sandwich, mediocre. Staff wasn't friendly either. We won't return.

My husband and I went here to get just a couple things of ice cream. It was a busy day, so we were willing to wait a little bit as we are understanding of how hectic it can get when it's rush hour. We really didn't mind. So we waited. Over 30 minutes to get 2 things of ice cream. By this point it was no longer busy. And several other cars had gotten their orders before us, long after we had ordered. We had to ask twice if our order was ready because no one had come to check to see why we hadn't gotten our order yet. When we finally got our order, one of our ice cream concretes was completely wrong. And they were both already half melted. So it wasn't as if someone had missed making the order. It was ready to go and no one had stopped to see why it hadn't been taken out. I had to drink most of my ice cream. By the time it was all done we were both pretty angry and upset. The only reason I gave a second star was because the food itself tasted good. I am understanding of when it is busy. And I really don't mind waiting. But when I am ignored and others are getting their orders before me, I tend to get a bit upset. The service when we went there was very mediocre. I haven't gone back since and I really don't want to ever go again. Even though the food was good.

The fish in the cod dinner was fried and not greasy. The Cole slaw was tasty & the fries were cooked through & hot. The only downside was the cold roll. That's always the way. Service was quick..of course we were there off the rush but never had a very long wait anytime. I would recommend this restaurant. I usually have the frozen dessert but had too much fish..

Food was very fresh. Clean dining room. The person who took our order was super professional. Ice cream was fantastic as usual.
