Very disappointed with my most recent visit to this location. I ordered a meal and upgraded my drink to a mint cookie dough concrete. After a normal wait time for the food, I was never given my concrete. When I told the runner that I was missing the concrete he had stated he will be right back, yet never came back. I had asked another runner about the missing concrete, which she brought the concrete right out. I had immediately noticed that it was missing cookie dough bites, which she said, "they are there, they're just mixed in" in which I drove off the spot after thinking this was the case. After checking, I had found that there was no cookie dough. I walked inside to get the concrete corrected, when I told the workers that my order was incorrect I felt like I was inconveniencing them, the person who was making the concrete appeared to be very agitated, and kept looking back at me and snickering with a couple coworkers working near by.

Order 2 burger baskets and 2 kids meals and all 4 burgers were still raw in the middle with pink meat and cold. Sick all night.

Food is good, service is good and the ambiance is what you might expect from a fast food restaurant, they fail to disappoint! Always a fan favorite!

"The Next Level for Fast Food"Culver's is a new and welcomed addition to businesses along Oldham Parkway, between Ranson Road (Todd George Parkway) and Hamblen Road. Providing food service at both ends of the street and complimenting Perkins (on the Hamblen Road corner) and Culver's near the Ranson Road corner. Parking is ample, and traffic flow through the drive through and curbside delivery area is very efficient. The decor is very clean and modern, with booths, and both round and square tables for different size parties. I am not the biggest fan of corporate fast food chain restaurants, but I am a big fan of Culver's. Culver's menu takes fast food a step farther than the usual burgers and fries by offering what I think of as "real" meals. Their Chopped Steak and Beef Pot Roast dinners push them up to the next level. They do offer their very good "Butter Burgers", chicken and fish sandwiches, and fries as would be expected in fast food. Being a new franchise they are pushing their service ethic by stationing staff throughout the dining area to assist customers by picking up trays, offering to go for forgotten condiments, sanitizing tables and seats as soon as customers leave. And for now, as you leave there is someone to hold the door for you. Not pushing things during our first visit, we both had "Butter Burgers" with limited dressing (mine with only mustard and ketchup) and my wife's with seriously everything. Typically in a fast food restaurant the orders will get mixed up with both being the same or out and out mistakes. Our orders were delivered exactly as ordered, and still at the correct temperatures. Their buns are very good and well suited to the sandwiches. Oh, and there is no "where's the beef" moments as the meat actually overhangs the bun! Their frozen custards, while not being Ted Drews, are more than acceptable with "flavor of the day" specials. "MyCulver's" is their loyalty program with daily specials posted to the website of your chosen location.Prices are right in line with other similar restaurants, Expect to pay around $16 for two meals including soft drinks. Having Culver's less than a mile from our front door is another plus for us. And with a very large number of subdivisions within a couple of miles, I do expect them to do a brisk family business along with customers coming from the other businesses for lunch. At the end of the day this Culver's is clean, orderly, and convenient, with very efficient and friendly service. That said, I highly recommend stopping by - I know I will.Covid-19 considerations: Staff wears masks and gloves, Social distancing is required, Customers are required to wear masks when not seated, occupancy is limited in the seating areas (and believe it or not, in the restrooms), hand sanitizer is available, and surfaces are sanitized after use.

So continuing my burger tour. Got the Double Culver's Deluxe. Delicious. I was bad and also got an order of chewy curds. Every bit as good as I remember them. Yes I also got the broccoli...I wish more places offered these kinds of healthy choices. FYI I was really careful with what I ate today so the curds and burger did not mess up my diet. My non-burger wife decided to get a burger too... But she was less than thrilled... She still prefers a competitor for burgers. Said she'll stick to her other favorites here from now on. I actually like everything here. Makes it hard to choose. The service is always superb as well. Even though we ate late closer to their close they were gracious. Gotta love them.

Had the mushroom and Swiss burger and onion rings. Super moist burger. Probably one of the best fast food burgers I've had. Will visit again when in the area.

5 stars for cleanliness, customer service and food quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love seeing the one kid busting his butt every time delivering food to cars outside (rain or shine). Talk about dedication!

I love Culver's usually and this location I've never had any major issues with, but my order this time wasn't exactly what I would want to pay $12 for. (I mean the tomato is triple the size of the patty..) Just a little insane they would put this burger out to a customer.Edit: Customer service reached out and solved things, which I very much appreciate. Culver's is a go to so it's nice to know they care enough to reach out!

I love Culver's but not this location. Not sure what has occurred, but in the last 6-9 months they can't get an order right. Missing food, food not prepared at ordered, long wait times, last night, placed a large order for my family -cost was $60 - and it was wrong. Got home, food was missing, burgers didn't have correct toppings. Of the 6 burgers ordered, only 1 was right. Not sure what has happened here because it used to be a good Culver's. When I went back to the restaurant to get the refund for my order, someone came to the counter saying their order was wrong as well.

I love Culver's food but this location is terrible. Just got served old cheese curds again, bag of warm rocks. How are you one of the best fast food chains but somehow worse than the McDonald's across the road? I've been here a dozen times because it's right down the street but honestly I think I'll find another Culver's somewhere else. Seems typical of Lee's Summit lately, worst Home Depot, worst Walmart, worst Tractor Supply and definitely the worst restaurants including this place.
