I was on my way North and decided to stop in as I am a burger fanatic and love local places over chains. I was intrigued by the pictures of the crumble burger and decided to give it a go. I don't know if I had an off day or what, but the food was not good whatsoever. I order the standard crumble burger and fried mac and cheese bites as the side. The burger ended up tasting completely bland and had no seasoning at all. It seemed like they cooked the meat in a pot and didn't season it after draining the grease. Half the bun was supper soggy, which made it seem like they just scooped the meat on from a pan without draining it. The mac and cheese bites had no flavor outside of the grease taste coming from the exterior. While the food came out fast, the burger was cold from the first bite, which was a letdown. It was eaten directly in the car from walking out, so I know it came out cold. The kitchen could have at least thrown the meat on the grill for a minute to make it seem fresh and hot. The ice cream looked good as it seemed to mirror the old drive in locations that use the soft serve to make shakes and sundays out of. I ended up regretting not just getting a shake for a meal and calling it good.

Wry tasty burger! Fries were a little bit too well done but were tasty also. Friendly staff and cute atmosphere. Very quick service. Busy but good. Will definitely be visiting again with familyIt's in a nice area with ample parking.

First time I've had this type of burger. I would prefer it in the patty form. The fries were great. The service was good. The place is a bit cramped.

Well, let's just begin by saying I regret to write this review, but must be honest. Initially I was excited when I googled 'Best burger spots' in St. Joe. Crumbly Burger immediately popped up and the name alone grabbed my attention as well as my hungry tummy. I wondered how this name came about? As I drove up to this darling corner spot I thought it was cute and it was reminiscent of diners and drive-in burger places from my childhood. The decor was fitting and the place was clean. As I looked up at the menu I saw a photo of a burger with LOOSE meat inside, thus CRUMBLY BURGER! The answer to my inquisitive mind of the origin/name of this spot was realized.Immediately, my feathers fell. Omgudness! I was so in the mood for a 'good ole fashioned', juicy cheeseburger loaded with everything. NOT happening. CRUMBLY, really? I pondered for 1/2 second about ordering, but my mind said, don't even try it. When I think of loose meat, I think of tacos, chili, spaghetti etc... It just didn't sound as appetizing to me. I decided on a tenderloin which I received a thumbs up on from a customer standing in line behind me. Bad choice. The tenderloin was fried to a crisp, unbelievably dry with 2 sad/old looking pickles on a stale bun. I wanted to cry. The onion rings were nothing but burnt onions and batter. The best part was the cherry shake although I could barely taste the cherry flavoring...it still beat the meal. This recent visit will NOT get a do-over. I normally go back inside, return the food, tell them what's wrong and request a refund (you don't complain these days and request more food, not if you have good sense), however I was soooooo utterly disappointed that I didn't have the energy to fight (haggle). Experience was my teacher. I could've kept nearly 13.00 and put it in my GAS tank for the long ride home. I would've been happier (seeing what gas prices have become these days). As I reflect, I have to wonder if I should've tried the crumbly burger? Although it wasn't what I wanted nor expected, it was a burger. It didn't say Crumbly Tenderloin, but probably should have seeing that it was fried crumbly/crispy. Well, all that said, stop in at YOUR OWN risk. Your experience may be better...I certainly hope so.

The name does not lie thats for sure!We went here just to see what there local burgers tasted like and we were a little set back by what they call a burger. My friend said it was a sloppy joe without the sauce and I had to giggle. I had the crumble burger with onions with an order of fries: The meat wasn't seasoned that good and I couldn't taste the onions at all, But the fries were tasty and the bun was fresh. So take this review for what you will.. who knows you might like it so I can't really knock this place. it just wasn't for me.

Not ready sure how the food is...... however my husband and I walked in to order with our SERVICE dog and a woman in a green shirt decided to yell so everyone in the establishment could hear " you can't bring your dog in here" my dog has a service vest and is very well behaved. Thanks, but NO THANKS CRUMBLY!
