The staff if always helpful. Why'd you do away with curbside though? Bring that back!

The Cookies are a hit or miss every week, some flavors are really good while others are terrible. The price is outrageous for 4 cookies.The ambiance is pleasant, but since you're in and out you don't really "hang out" in the store.

I've had exactly one Crumbl Cookie prior to this visit. It was a key lime pie cookie and it was easily one of the best cookies I've ever had. So when I saw that it was back on the menu, I knew I had to make a trip. Every week the menu changes so there's always something new and fresh. I ordered online and went to pick it up. The app is super easy to use and pickup is even easier. I pressed a button to let them know I arrived and within minutes a beautiful box of cookies was presented to me. The cookies are all large and depending on what you order, they are different textures. The "cake" cookies have a cake like texture. The key lime is literally a mini key lime pie. The chocolate peanut butter chip cookie was the only one of the five that had an actual cookie consistency. Here's the ratings of each cookies (this is only my opinion and is based on a number of things): Key Lime Pie: 10Caramel Pumpkin Cake: 9.5Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip: 9Chocolate Toffee Cake: 8.5 Chocolate Peanut Butter ft. Oreos: 7.75 Definitely check out the weekly menu and give them a try.

I've tried Crumbl in the past but never been to this particular location. The staff was friendly, the cookie selection was scrumptious, and they truly did melt in your mouth! I would highly recommend for your sweet treat fix. If you've never been, just know you only need a few bites of one to feel full. These are rich and big cookies!!

Terrible application and customer service. So rude & disrespectful over the phone to a customer trying to receive the product they paid for.
