Crumbl - Liberty

We did a pickup order from here and it was a great late night treat. I usually get something with chocolate or peanut butter when it comes to dessert so the PB snickers cookie was perfect for me. Nice big chunks of peanut butter, nuts and caramel in a nice moist cookie was perfect. My friend got the Lemon blueberry cheesecake cookie. The texture was great and it was a good flavor combination, however, the lemon was overpowering the rest of the cookie. More blueberry to balance it out would've been great.

My family enjoys the cookies but the atmosphere at this location lacks. I visited this location twice in the span of a month and each time I entered the shop all workers had their backs to the door and I was not greeted. I waited by the pick up counter for perhaps ten minutes before anyone ever spoke to me. Other than that the cookies were fine, the triple berry trifle is good enough to get me to go back.

Sooo yummy and made fresh daily. I love the idea of a constantly rotating weekly menu. This week, we had s'mores, pink doughnut, lemon crinkle and cookie dough. Although a little on the pricier side, these are perfect for a special treat or mid week pick me up. And they're rich enough to share.

So I know that this is a chain and these are just cookies, but considering the current rage happening in my town I thought I'd drop a review. People love these cookies. There was line out the door for the first few days like this was a Chick-fil-A or something. I knew about crumbl from other cities and absolutely love that you can have these delivered. Most bakeries or dessert places charge massive fees to deliver dessert and honestly I think it's a very smart business idea. Sweets. Delivered. Dinner, diversified. I had some delivered to a friend in Atlanta on her birthday and I was thankful I could do something special for her at the last minute. The cookies. They are very good. There's nothing bad to say except they are large, like don't be deceived, one cookie is several servings and can be upward of 600 calories. Not that there's anything wrong with that but you can share these and still be quite satisfied. They have many different flavors so there's a little something for everyone...unless you've got a peanut allergy, they told me they can't rule out cross contamination so that stinks for my nut avoiding friends!

Cookies are great service is lacking. They don't seem to be familiar with the app for the business they work for yet certain things must be done exclusively in the app. It's not a free birthday cookie if you can't get it

I wish I could give zero stars. I was denied service from the girl at the door because I had not placed an online order and "the cashier's were stressed out"

Overrated cookies. Don't understand the hype. the cookies are just mid at best. They need to get to basics and make those cookies good. What they have is a rotating menu and the cookies they offer are not very good. Betty Crocker mixes at store are better than these.

I will be dreaming about these forever! Short line and fast friendly service. We got the four pack with key lime, graham cracker, molten chocolate and peanut butter. Didn't get a chance to eat them right away but tried them the next day and they were still so soft. I am sure warming them a little would elevate that even more. I kid you not I just downloaded the app for this place. It just became my go to sweet. Every flavor was amazing in it's own way.

My granddaughter asked to stop here. She was correct about the cookies. The cookies are amazing. I have had many good cookies over my lifetime, but these are among the best. She enjoys the variety of flavors. I prefer the standards. Both of us were pleased.I admit that I would have struggled with the ordering process. But, my granddaughter understood the iPad system. Order and check out was seamless with her help. Apparently, using apps and/or their iPad are the only ways to order. This place is basically, a no personal contact system until you receive your order. (Different than my usual bakery experience, but it does seem to be the wave of the future.) I would attach a picture, but crumbs are not that interesting. (The cookies just did not last long enough for photos.)
