I was surprised to see that the rating on this particular restaurant is as low as it is. I personally have never had a bad experience here and never had a super long wait time. The cookies are always either chilled or warm as they are supposed to be and are always in the order that I selected to be in. This is one of my favorite locations!

I tried the online ordering app today. It is smooth transaction. I ordered late last night and my cookies were ready for pickup at 8 am. Their cookies are excellent. This cookie will be a birthday treat and can be shared like a tiny cake.Friendly staff and they all seemed to happy to be at work.

Always our favorite go to for a late night sweet treat, especially if you have a little herbal sleep aid haha . Always have some milk on hand for the occasion, also semi sweet chocolate chip cookies are so much better than the milk chocolate chip cookies as these have too much cinnamon. Service is always amazing there and you're always welcomed with a smile from the employees, The store is always clean, smells amazing and is bright with excellent displays and size examples for orders.

I tried the triple chocolate chip. It was really good. Highly recommend!

Eh, it's okay. $8 for three regular-sized cookies ("regular" meaning the size a home baker would make). I'm not fan of those walk-in and order on a pad food places. I probably wouldn't got back, but I did give it a try.

This was my first visit to the store, and I asked a young lady with glasses for the most popular cookie, but she didn't give me a clear answer. I was the only customer there at the time. I ordered 12 cookies and intended to leave a $100 tip. However, my debit card was swiped four times due to a system error. I immediately called my bank, and they confirmed that my transaction had processed four times, resulting in a $500 charge for the cookies. The employee informed me that nothing had gone through in their system and didn't apologize; she merely said the transactions were pending and to wait 24 hours to see if they would drop off. When I asked if she would be upset if someone took $500 from her without receiving anything, she responded she would just be frustrated, mentioning a similar experience at Costco. This felt dismissive, and she then turned her attention to other customers who arrived after me, even though my bank had indicated the transactions were completed. I'm now looking for legal assistance to address this situation. Afterward, my bank teller mentioned that I had been discriminated against and that there was likely an issue with their system. So, I left without any cookies and lost $500. The employee even asked if I wanted to run my card again for a fifth time, implying that, because I'm Black, she assumed I didn't have any money.

Cookies were good but I don't think it's worth the price. I wish the cookies were bigger and that they were not so expensive

Cookies always look great. Minis are a hit. Larger cookies occasionally will be very underdone. Love having the delivery service, but really no attempt to work with tax exempt status for orders.

Good service and we enjoyed the cookies we got there! The place was clean and well maintained
