Terrible and unprofessional company to use! Long story short we paid for round trip rides to and from the airport along with mileage and gas fees and only ended up getting services for one way! Our flight was delayed which they knew because they monitored our flight with our flight number. They decided to go ahead and charge us for round trip and did not bother picking us up when our flight finally landed! Marcie is the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with! I asked for a refund for our way back and was told to F OFF!! There are many trusted companies under Groupon unfortunately this isn't one of them! Do yourself a favor and call an Uber like we ended up doing or use another limo company if you want a limo!!

First time using Crown today for a ride home from MCI. My flight was delayed multiple times and they were able to accommodate all the changes and were nothing but courteous. The vehicle was spotless and the driver was great. Will definitely use them again!

I have used Crown limo service for many years with great response and service until today. I encountered their employee Marci Schilling who was totally inappropriate and rude. Normally I have always called and talked with the owner. There was s miscommunication regarding flight number and arrival time. When my group arrived at MCI I called and reached Marci Schilling who said my driver was not suppose to arrive until 115pm. So I looked at my confirmation and it stated arrival at 1245 pm. When I called back to speak to Marci she became very defensive and rude. Told me in an email how I should not "screw" and be taking "pot shots" at others. Additionally stated I could take my business elsewhere. Wow. I was amazed anyone would even suggest that since there are many other services to choose from. I will find another service in the future to satisfy Marci Schilling request.

Here's an update to my previous review. Even limo company owners need some down time, and the reason for the lack of response was because they took some time off.I did receive a call to schedule the service when the office was again open (might suggest an "out of office" message the next time), scheduled my service and the driver was punctual, the vehicle was clean and I'm a happy customer and will use the company again.

I can't say enough good things about Crown Limo - I've been using their service for about 8 years now and I have never been disappointed. I do a lot of international business travel and need a reliable service for the airport. Crown Limo is extremely reliable and you couldn't deal with nice folks. Plus - the airport service is the same more or less as leaving my car at the airport so it's a good value and terrific service all bundled into Crown Limo. There's so many details to worry about when traveling - this is one that I never worry about.

Have used Crown on several occasions. Sometimes with a groupon. Even at the discounted groupon rate we got great ,courteous service. Over and above. Totally polite about waiting extra time for us to be running late. Ontime everytime. Have trusted them with rides to airport for my elderly family members as well. They rock!

I would give them 4.5 stars. We used them for round trip airport transfers. Professional staff, easy to work with, great price, driver Jacque, she was social, dressed professional, on time, had great info. The reason for not a 5 star is because SUV inside was older & definitely used for a few years. Anytime we have hired companies in state or internationally SUV's pretty new. Would use them again.

Horrible customer service, Marcie is the most rude and hateful person I have ever dealt with. We had to reschedule due to bad weather, I tried calling the main number twice and got only voicemail and no return calls, I called the driver twice as well. On the second call he answered and I explained the situation with the weather and was told to call Marcie the following day. I called on Sat morning and she was rude and hateful telling me that she had 25 other reservations to reschedule and she was dealing with that mess to call her back on Monday. I did and she gave me several times that were open, unfortunately most of the open times were 10:30 pm or after and I have 2 small children that we would be taking and that was not an option for us. The only other option was to spend more money and upgrade to a larger limo or wait til Monday the 8th, the last day that they are open for the lights tour but she could only promise that the Plaza Lights would only be the ones still up that the neighborhood usually start taking their lights down sooner. I asked her if it was possible to refund my money since it didn't look like it was going to work out and she went off the yelling at me saying "ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO GO THERE WITH ME, I ALREADY TALKED TO YOU TWICE THIS MORNING." She continued with her rant and told me that she should not even reschedule because my family is the only one that cancelled on Friday. She was so rude and unbearable that I would be fearful of taking my children to her business. We ate the money we spent because I would not take my children to this business! Our yearly tradition will have to start with another company definitely not this one!

Awful... and this is coming from a person who's never ridden in a limousine before. The limousine they provided was an absolute beat-up old ghetto piece of crap. Besides the actual hole in the floorboard through which exhaust fumes permeated up into the backseat nearly asphyxiating my 94 year old grandma during the trip, the climate control and divider controls are apparently an unlabelled row of 8 old toggle switches... so its your best guess as to which switch does what and the driver (although courteous) wasn't helpful or knowledgeable -needless to say there wasn't any air-conditioning or fan during the return trip, which is great if you like breathing in exhaust fumes. There was torn out upholstery in the seating, at least one of the ghetto rims on the tires was missing its hubcap, Marci the dispatch was initially friendly during the sale and when alerted to these issues became defensive, belligerent, deceitful, and verbally abusive. She said she'd call me the following day to further discuss, needless to say I wasn't shocked when she didn't - but at least she did take my $300 without a problem. Do not be fooled by their slick website, the driver divulged they only have 2 limos in their fleet, and the other is similar to the POS limo they provided me. DO NOT USE THESE CHARLATANS!!! I was truly fooled by the seemingly positive reviews - I'm baffled as to how they got such good reviews. Only positive was that they were punctual... and that my grandma didn't die.
