We stayed at Crossroads KC Hotel for NYE, and it was such an incredible first experience! From the moment we parked our car, we were greeted warmly by the valet, front desk staff, and everyone we encountered. The service was top-notch and truly set the tone for an amazing night. The NYE party was our first in KC, even though I've lived here for over a decade, and I'm not sure how they'll top it next year! While I'm not usually a fan of electronic music, the DJ switched it up closer to midnight, and it became so much fun! We had dinner beforehand, so we didn't get a chance to try the food, but we're excited to next time. The drinks were good and strong, and the overall vibe was fantastic. We're so glad we booked a room at the hotel. Everything was spotless, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was being on the 3rd floor, where we could hear the music pretty clearly. However, it stopped promptly at 1 a.m. when the party ended, so it wasn't a big issue for us.The checkout process was super quick and easy. I did request my receipt to be emailed, and I haven't received it yet, but I'm waiting for their info desk to respond to my inquiry.Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back next year! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun party for NYE!

Visited Percheron the rooftop bar at Crossroads Hotel. Amazing views of downtown. We went on a really hot day at sunset so it wasn't terrible, but we were baking under that pergola. I tried the Perch Punch. Servings for 5 or 10 people. The Jolly Privateer was delicious and refreshing. Golden Cafe was another solid option. The fries were incredible and the Sumac Chicken flatbread was a show stopper. I made everyone try it because it was THAT good. Reservations can be made online.

Loved this place. It is so cool in a former beer bottling factory with a chic modern industrial vibe. Loved the decor. Front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant ideas. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. We had breakfast in their lounge by the bar. It was a great healthy and tasty menu with excellent service. It was very walkable to many places we checked out in the arts district. If ever back in KC, will certainly stay here again.

The front desk is so friendly! The woman who checked us in was super pleasant and remembered us the next morning - she asked us how our dinner plans were and visited with us about where we went for breakfast. The rooms were cute and valet service was fast and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a weekend here for a wedding. This is a former Pabst Blue Ribbon warehouse and you are greeted with a cold beer when you check in. The interiors retain a lot of the industrial feel with lots of brick and steel. Our meals were all catered and the food was great. The bartenders make great cocktails and the rooftop bar has a great view.

When planning our daughter's wedding, we chose to have the rehearsal dinner in the private room of Lazia and also booked a block of rooms for family and friends for the weekend. What a great choice! From start to finish, the staff was amazing to work with and we were confident that all would be executed as planned. The hotel is gorgeous. True Kansas City with strong roots in KC history, the Pabst brewing depot, prohibition, and Tom Pendergast era. You can see and feel the history throughout. Our guests were greeted with a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer upon check-in and the rooms were comfortable and unique. Located in the Crossroads, the area is close to everything. Lazia and the private dining room were incredible. The bar and waitstaff were friendly and happy, the room was beautifully decorated, and the food was amazing. Our dinner wrapped up around 9:00, at which time we transitioned to a cash bar and were able to keep the room until about 10:30 for out of town guests to stop in and say hello before the big day.We truly felt confident and thrilled with our choice in the Crossroads Hotel for such a monumental event. Highly recommend them!

Our decision to escape to the Crossroads Hotel for a city night was wonderful. The convenience of front parking was a win, saving us from the valet hustle or garage search. The allure of the downstairs bar, a familiar haunt for us, drew us to explore a stay. The vibes were incredible, lighting on point, and the bustling atmosphere made it a hotspot for a casual night out. From the pool table to the comfy couches, it exuded the perfect ambiance. We went downstairs for a late bite to eat and were told the kitchen had closed. This was 30 mins earlier than stated on the website so that was a bummer. Also, we were told by front desk upon arrival that there was going to be a DJ or live music and there wasn't. Opting for the King Studio, we aimed for the best view, a choice we clarified with a call beforehand. Unfortunately, our room on the second floor overlooked an alley, not quite the cityscape we envisioned. A slight letdown, especially considering our request for a higher floor. Despite this hiccup, the overall experience was low-key and delightful. The brick interiors added character to the rooms and the hotel, and despite the room placement hiccup, we'd gladly return for the relaxed atmosphere and the charm of the Crossroads Hotel. A gem in the heart of the city that just needs a touch more attention to room requests.

Finally tried staying here for my bday wknd. It didn't disappoint. The attention to detail and cleanliness were noticeable and appreciated. The OCD in me really appreciated that even the tiny screws in the light switch face plates were all pointed the same way. I thought I was the only one who did this! I now know I am not alone. There is someone else out there with a tiny screw driver righting the wrongs of this world. Not all heroes wear capes.I would recommend not staying on the 2nd floor directly above the bar, especially while DJ Napoleon Dynamite is playing. (You would have to see him to understand). The rest of the noises were acceptable for any hotel. The couple next door must've gotten hungry late at night and decided to whip up some Kraft mac n cheese while playing hide and seek because she screamed at random times and A Lot! On the other side, someone else must've said a bad word or otherwise got in trouble because one of them got a well-deserved spanking. It must not have hurt like the ones I got as a kid because I'm pretty sure I heard the words "harder" at some point. Weird.

Near perfect. Housed in an old Pabst Blue Ribbon bottling factory. It maintains and honors its history, while urban chic is so overdone throughout the country, it belongs here, in places like this. The entire space is warm, dark and cozy, from the hallways to the rooms and even the factory like elevators. The rooms are as charming as the rest of the hotel. Bathrooms are large with walk-in showers featuring a shower valve on the opposite side of the shower head so you don't get wet when turning on the shower. The bathroom door is an industrial style barn door that slides instead of the traditional door. Room 438 was well equipped with king size bed, pillow menu, white comforter, decorative pillows, rocking mini bar that is see through from the top of the entertainment center, and unique leather do not disturb signs. The hotel has two bars you actually want to drink at! The popular rooftop bar, which actually closed due to extreme heat on our first day(who knew? A company that actually cares about its team members!). And a fantastic lobby bar with talented bar tenders, good drinks, pool table, shuffleboard and plenty of good people watching. There's also a small local art exhibit in the lobby. The staff was ridiculously friendly going out of there way to great us each time we arrived and wish us a good time on every exit. Free street parking was easy to come by for us mid summer. The location is fairly central, flush with many restaurants and only 15 minute walk to Union Station area.
