Crappie Hole Bar and Grill

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon for lunch with friends. This place looks a bit like a hole in the wall, but don't be fooled! The service was friendly and fast. If you like to play Keno, that's available. The food was knock out! We had the onion straws as an appetizer. They were fantastic, especially with the horseradish sauce! I had the open face roast beef...it was soooo good! The other folks had a salad with chicken fingers and another two split a burger. The food all looked great and everyone said how much they enjoyed it. The prices are insanely cheap for the amount of food you get. Drinks were pretty inexpensive also. I'd definitely go back!

Consistency makes it happen! Food is fresh and tasteful. The staff is attentive and sweet! Always delighted.

When we go in here we're usually hosting family from out of town and usually have a large group. These ladies and gentlemen take our tribe in stride

The food was ok but they allow smoking in the dining room. If I had known that I would've passed on this place, I wish they would've had signs that said smoking is allowed and maybe they did and I just missed it.

Went for dinner 30 mins before close not realizing it and was greeted very politely by the waitress. Appetizers were out relatively quick and promptly had our drinks. Meals were cooked to our liking and fresh. For being as busy as they were they did a great job and I will be back.

We have been coming here for years. Staff and food is consistently great. Shrimp night is my favorite! Catfish great too! It can be pretty busy on the weekends, sometimes a 20-30 wait. I only took away a star for smoking policy. As a no smoker, I do not care for sitting next to someone that does smoke well I am eating.

Went on a busy Friday night. Food was good. I ordered their special of the day, which was a rib eye steak. Had a side Caesar and that was good as well. The staff was busy and I had ask where I can sit but other then that, they were friendly. I may go back later this weekend.UpdateI went back and even though they were busy the service was good :)

Super nice staff that work very hard. Only a few items that haven't been up to par in the many, many, many times we've eaten with my family there. Smoking can be a real issue if it's a busy time (don't go on a weekend or dinner rush) due to smoking is allowed inside and you can't get away from it at all. We only take family for early dinner or early lunch. There mac&cheese was like a kraft mac&cheese so at least the kids like it. My favorite food of all time isn't that great here. Their sweet potato fries are waffle fries and always overcooked to where they are so crispy most times (bordering burnt) and you can't taste the sweet potato at all. I have to go to other local pub to get those. Other food has been hot when served and very good.

Good food, good service. Could do without smoking or put smokers on one side and have an exhaust fan by them.

Food is good but could be better if they invest in better quality products like better Mac & cheese, better salad options ... it's the little stuff! Overall, I would recommend though! The staff are very friendly and service is great!
