Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Nice merch store. Food and beverages were reasonably hot and good. They did fail to bring out part of my breakfast order, had to ask again. At Cracker Barrel it's best to stick to the basics like breakfast or their daily specials for best execution and quality. The flush toilets lack flush power, they need to replace them.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. We arrived at around 2:30pm on a Sunday; it wasn't busy. We were seated immediately with menus. We waited. And waited. Made eye contact with several. Nothing. No greeting, no drink orders. No one spoke to us after being seated. My husband set a timer. 15 minutes, no service. We walked out and went to another restaurant. I am really disappointed. It's been years since I lived near a Cracker Barrel. I suppose I wasn't missing much.

Waitress was great. Check out process is crap. I swear you can check out a basket of groceries at a store faster than you can pay for a meal at this Cracker Barrel.

I love homestyle cooking and Cracker Barrel gets it right every time! The atmosphere of this restaurant is so unique between the wall decorations, the country store, and the table set up it brings the atmosphere to life. As a kid I loved coming here and as an adult I still feel the same way. Today we went for breakfast and our food was perfectly cooked. Our service was okay, but we had empty drinks for a long time before they got refilled. Our waitress was extremely nice and at the end made sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend checking them out. There wasn't a line either on a Saturday morning so you could get right in!

It's a damn shame how bad the food here is. The environment is amazing. Cool little shop used to love coming here when I was a kid. Just don't remember the food being so gross.. for food quality it's sad that they don't even hide the fact everything is thrown in the microwave.

I have to say it's just not good. Service needs more training to wait on guest. Sausage was bad biscuits Ang gravy not good coffee was alright apple slices wheee the best lol.

Poor management they tell me I'm not good enough at my job or I am being rude when I ask them to leave on time because I have a doc appointment and they don't care so I got fired today fr asking her to ask me nicely to stay longer management will treat u like shit don't work here plz

My daughter and I went there to shop for black friday. When we got there they had just put a lot of things on for forty percent off. There.Was a lady there named Terry.She was so extremely helpful and kind. She showed us all the sales.She was really helpful. We got a lot of cute things.That's a really good cracker barrel. And the store looked so cute for christmas.

Food was so good, the wood-burning fireplace was so comforting on a freezing cold night, and our sever was excellent. Checkout process was super easy, just scanned the QR code and checked out in 5 minutes. I left feeling very satisfied and content. Haven't stopped thinking about it actually lol

I love Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately, there are none near me. When traveling, we don't like chains but this is an exception. Food is always delicious and filling while service is exceptional. Plus we like the decorations which are different everywhere that take in local ambiance. I've never had a problem of any kind at any Cracker Barrel and this one was no different. Just please... hopefully they never get a liquor license. This one did not let me down.
