I had a VERY last minute zipper need for an event and this team fixed it same day. I know it isn't typical for such a rapid turnaround but they were so kind and did a great job - we were floored! I'll definitely be coming back hopefully with less urgent needs

I got a ticket for $39 when I took in my jumpsuit to have it hemmed and the shoulder straps shortened. When I picked it up it was $81 and I was advised it was because the shoulders had been a lot more work, presumably than what was expected.I think they should have called first to notify me it would be more.It was too long to wear with the shoes I had brought in when fitted so I had to wear different higher shoes to keep it from dragging on the floor.I probably won't go back.

Very rude and exceptionally overpriced. I went in to get my new suit tailored and after they bossed me around and failed to say anything, they simply handed me a slip of paper with an illegible itemized list. They were trying to charge $100+ for basic hemming of pants and an unnecessary millimeter sleeve take in. I was in shock, and told them thanks but no thanks. They seemed to be glad to not have my business, and alluded to the "nice area of town" as the reason for their prices being this high. Seriously?! I grabbed my things and ran, and would suggest others to do the same.*Update to this: Went to Barash's at 95th and Mission in the Ranchmart Shopping Center, very friendly, fast, and instead of $100+ she quoted me at $37.00 out the door.*

What a great shop. I was on my way to a meeting an split a seam in my suit jacket. I just happened to see the shop, walked in and it was repaired beautifully in little time. She showed genuine concern about getting me to my meeting in an appropriate manner. I highly recommend her.

Incredibly unprofessional. Turns away business and appears bothered by basic tailoring situations.

This place is run by my people, Koreans, and for some reason I thought they would give me special treatment or at least try a bit more. Well, never assume anything was the lesson I learned. After scouring every major store at the mall for a maternity jacket, I settled for a regular one in a size 3 x bigger than I am thinking I could get it altered. Yes, it meant ripping out every seam except for the middle, but was worth it considering how ugly maternity stuff is. So I brought it in to Corinth, a place my dad brings all his stuff for altering, and explained my situation. She made pleasant small talk while pinning and tucking, and since she was small and recently had a baby I thought she understood what I wanted. She asked for 2 weeks to do this saying she could finish it in one, but 2 weeks would be better for her. Since it was 70 degrees and sunny out I happily agreed. Except the following week turned closer to 40 degrees and windy...so I called and asked if it could be done earlier. I could pick it up Wednesday. My dad brought it home and they had forgotten to do the left side! So I brought it back in, and showed them. Also asking for them to make the arms smaller. We sat and argued over this for 5 minutes, her trying to convince me if it's too small I won't be comfortable. I kept telling her, no, I like it fitted in the shoulders and arms. We went back and forth, and back and forth. I just got it back this week and sure it's smaller, but it could be skinnier where I asked specifically for them to do and it still looks like that left side was untouched. Is it worth bringing in again? At this point yes, but it does mean trying out a new alteration place for the future.

Very rude. Very high price. The sales lady seemed hell-bent on making me pay for the tux, even though I explicitly told them I had not made a decision yet. Wouldn't even let me know what my measurements were. Didn't seem interested in my experience or if I would even fit into my tuxedo. Only seemed to care about how I was going to pay. Very disappointed in the quality of care and price. Would never recommend.

The straps I needed to be altered were very different lengths and the color and quality of the stitch was sloppy. I would go back to have them fix it::: but I'm worried they would ruin it completely after seeing the original work.

They are talented at many types of alterations, hemming and tailoring. We've used them for many tasks and been pleased. Their prices are fair.
