Cooter Brand Food Truck

Was in KC for a volleyball tournament and this was one of the only open options, but I'm also always down for a brisket sandwich. I ordered a brisket sandwich combo with a side of cheesy corn. The food came out super quickly - they were preparing the food before helping the next person at the register. It was also a LOT of food (but I also had a bit to eat beforehand), but overall filling without being too heavy. However, it was $17 which I think is a biit overpriced.

The truck came out to our neighborhood pool from 12-2pm. They were very customer friendly and had excellent customer service. I loved that they offered Walk up to order. One off the gentlemen said that the Payment accepted is Cash, card, livestock, gold nuggets, but no more first born! We have way more than we can use of those! The meat was fresh and delicious, not dry, but a perfect consistency. I loved that the sides were not too big, but also the pricing was reasonable as well. They are able to accommodate food sensitivities with no bun for those who can't have wheat. The beans had meat in them and were the perfect combination of bean and meat ratio. The cheese corn had a nice kick with the peppers added to it. They also offered chips and drinks. Thank you for coming out! We will definitely check you out again.

Working at comic convention and tried the brisket nachos, they were amazing!!!Highly recommend!!!

In KC for my daughters volleyball. Found this gem outside the event. Loaded nachos are the Bomb!! The owner, Jamie, was pleasant and friendly. Fast service. The nachos were a hot mess!! But definitely in a good way. We got the pulled pork, cheese corn, slaw, beans and sauce. Basically....fully loaded. My wife even ate them all as we just about licked the plate. Tasty and delicious!! Highly recommend! We should have taken photos but didn't think about it until too late. Thanks for sharing the bbq passion!!

This is our first trip to Kansas City. There are a lot of great places to eat around here. We are outside of the convention center and we found this little gem! The nachos are fantastic. The owner was a super nice guy as well. Highly recommended! My wife had the chicken nachos and I had the brisket. Both were delicious. The hot sauce was a nice addition as well.

OMG! Yummy awesome BBQ! The smoked chicken nachos are to die for! The owner is SUPER nice and takes a tremendous amount of pride in his food - well done!
