Update: thank you to the customer service department for making this right!When I ordered I clearly stated Grilled Tenderloin Medallions, everyone at the 6 person table heard me. I was brought and charged for the Trio of Medallions. They are both so similar that I didn't realize the different until the bill was brought out. There is a $10 difference between the two. When I explained this all to my server, she said the only difference is "crispy onions". (It's ridiculous that a restaurant will charge $10 for crispy onions) I showed her my leftovers and there weren't any crispy onions on my meal. Her response was, "you must have eaten them." It left me speechless. The waitress was unwilling to work with me about getting the bill correct and quite frankly a little rude and short about the whole situation. She also shorted me in my change. I understand paying for what I received, but it wasn't what I ordered. I would have looked into joining the Wine Club or purchasing a bottle, but it has left a negative taste in my mouth and I am unsure if I will be back.

I enjoy coopers hawk a lot since it always provides an upscale environment and menu items. I haven't had a bad item here yet and it seems like everything from their service, wine pairings, food is all streamlined well. I have taken advantage of some flights as well and it's neat to hear the descriptions of each as you sip them.

The service level was good. It's standard but good. The food quality was, by far, outpaced by the menu pricing. Personally, my risotto was tight and stodgy. I did not read the menu closely enough and didn't expect the vegetable medley that was included in it. The seafood portions were cooked well (though I crunched my way through a toddler's pail of sand in the scallops). The wine pairings were a bit sub-par but bearable. It was an experience, but was it a repeatable experience? Most likely not.

We ate here on Valentine's Day and despite being fully booked, we received excellent service from Marissa. She was knowledgeable about the food and wine selections. Our food was fresh and delicious. Overall, great experience!!

Happy New Year! We went here on New Year's Day. I was surprised and happy that they were open. We figured we wanted to start the New Year off right with a nice dinner. I made a reservation and we went. Once we arrived, we were seated right away. I was and wasn't surprised at how busy they were. I guess others had the same idea we had. Our waitstaff, Hope, came over and took our drink order. Hubs got a tasting of their Reserve Red. I tasted it. It was too dry for me but hubs was a fan and got a glass. I got my usual unsweetened iced tea, the older kid got lemonade and the baby got water. For apps, we ordered the Sweet Chile Calamari and the Egg rolls. The Calamari was delicious! Fried perfectly and the sauce was good. I didn't eat the egg rolls but both the kid and hubs said they were really good.For meals, I got the Gnocchi, the kid got a burger, hubs got the Jambalaya, and the baby mac and cheese with fruit. My Gnocchi was very good except the panchetta. It was cooked a little too long and you could taste the char. It wasn't pleasant. The good thing is I didn't taste it often. Hubs said his meal was ok but he'd get something different next time. The kid lined his burger and the baby loved her mac and cheese. I also had a ceasar salad that was delicious. The dressing has pesto in it. Definitely a different take on it.For our first dinner of 2024, it was great! I know we will be back. Also, Hope was amazing as waitstaff. She was very attentive.

We are visiting from out of state and planned a nice dinner out with mom so we made reservations here. First they called multiple times to confirm. Then service was SO slow, took at least 30 minutes or more to get our first drinks and bread, staff wasflustered and disorganized, the Brussel sprouts appetizers were very good, but the dinner was slow and when it finally arrived we were underwhelmed. They don't know how to make Risotto. It was chewy and flavorless, with overcooked seafood and frozen veggies mixed in. the pork chops were dry and they didn't get mom's lobster order right. Not at all what we expected, we ordered second glasses of wine that took another 30 minutes. I would not recommend.
