My second stop here today and the food is top tier! My smoked salmon lox bagel and breakfast sandwich were both literally perfect. Fresh and tasty!! Keep up the excellent work!!

What a fun cozy spot right off the highway! Great spot for coffee, soups and sandwiches. The drive through is easy, but do yourself a favor and go in and see how cute it is!

I just read someone's review that stated this was an oasis and I couldn't possibly have picked a better word myself. There seems to be nothing out here off of 70, but then you pull off and there is this bright, clean, welcoming coffee joint with yummy sandwiches. The people were friendly, food was good, and did I mention it was clean? We both ordered the sunrise breakfast sandwiches (YUM). My husband got a drip coffee and I got a monthly special -- the mudhopper (dirty matcha, oat milk, with a simple syrup) -- it slapped. Would recommend to anyone looking to stop for coffee!

What a great spot! Loved the cozy seating area and the items in the market. Great food and coffee and exceptional service.

This marks the 32nd round trip from SC to CA and back . I have passed cooper's and never stopped till today 3/10/23 4pm . I am currently kicking myself for not stopping sooner . After a long driving 28 hours driving I needed a break . Snagged 2 small pastries and a chai with honey for the road . Wishing I grabbed more because those little pastries were absolutely amazing and the chai is pretty good itself . If you want to sit and relax this I'd definitely the place . Has to be the largest coffee shop ever , this place is the size of a restaurant . Plenty of room and the 2 girls working were nothing short of perfect , both girls were a pleasure and I hope they are thanked by the owner .

An absolute pleasure to visit Cooper's this morning. As a first time customer I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the food and hospitality of the staff. The ambiance of the inside of the building is welcoming, peaceful, and comfortable! Absolutely one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever visited.Kudos to the owners for imagining this experience and capturing their dream.

The food here is what you would hope to get in a trendy urban cafe, certainly unexpected in the middle of nowhere on Highway 70 west of Columbia MO! Well worth the stop!!

We stopped by again yesterday and simply adored another Nelson Sandwich and your two nieces who were visiting, How well they represented your family and this locally owned, family business. We will no doubt increasingly stop by for the service the down home goodness that exudes from your establishment.

We're from Florida and heading to the Rocky Mountains in our RV. Stopped to get gas and noticed this coffee shop across the street. I was only gonna get an iced coffee but I looked at their website and their sandwiches and soups sounded delicious. Loved everything about this place!!!!!!!!I got their lox (salmon) sandwich on an everything bagel with cream cheese, capers, arugula, cucumber and capers. Omg....so very good!!! Mexican Corn soup was one of their soups today. I don't eat meat and it had no meat and was so tasty. All sandwiches come with a choice of potato chips or an apple. Then, I got an iced lavender white mocha coffee. Perfect. Their interior is gorgeous as well and very inviting and modern looking. What a great place!!!!! Next time I'm in Missouri I gotta remember to come here. The person that waited on us is going to college nearby and is from Ukraine. Very cool! She was very friendly. Such a great experience here.

Such a cute spot! Randomly stopped here on our way from KC to STL & it did not disappoint. Delicious food and outstanding coffee. Extremely friendly staff! Would recommend this place for sure!!
