Been here a couple of times. Being that there are zero places to go in Kearney it's pretty good. If I want ambience, sports watching, music or something like this then I'd drive to Liberty where there might be more options. Pretty cafeteria feeling on the service side. Bar is dated. But for a bite to eat, good food and friendly waiters then it's pretty fantastic. I'm not a messy burger kinda gal so when it said Smash burger I was like eh... but it comes however you want it and I liked mine with no sauce or cheese. It was yummy and so were the crispy fries. My mom had the same but ordered the works on it and she loved hers too! Just the way we liked it. Have had the Reuben here and I remember it was very good too. We will be back again when up this way.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the food and our waitress last night for dinner. I had a Smashburger with onion rings. I got 4 onion rings, but man, the size of them was huge. All you needed was 4. Very juicy and flavorful environment was very clean pics below.

One of my hometown favs!Conrads, previously known as Stables, is one of my Kearney go-tos. Their happy hour has a mix of half priced speciality cocktails including their 816 Long Island ice tea, margaritas and old fashioned. Hopefully Marcy is behind bar, because she's amazing! They also have discounted apps including their boneless wings, pretzel bits and onion rings.Make sure to stop in on Wednesday nights on the bar side to enjoy talks music bingo! There are several winners throughout the night and winners receive gift cards ranging from $5-$15.

Very disappointed, was renamed due to the owners have another property named the same. Since the name change they have tore down the outside deck and no more bike nights . The service was very slow and lacking to say the least. Will not return, however the food was good so sad .

Underwhelmed. Had fairly high expectations after reading several reviews. We stopped in because the place we wanted to visit was closed for lunch. This place has two entrances but you sort of have to figure that out for yourself. To the left is the bar. to the right is more family style. table and booth seating or bar if you choose. There is a slight stale smell inside. They have cloth napkins like a nicer restaurant but cracked plastic cups like a cheaper restaurant. dust on the walls and lights above the table. Sever "W" (i dont want to call her out by name) was professional but not warm, inviting or overly polite. Im not sure if she looked at our age and thought we were too young to be there. maybe she had been burned on tips in the past. (we are in our 30s but rest of clientele was much older). i just didnt feel welcomed by her at all. she never greeted us. Our food was good. my reuben was made wonderfully with thin slices of crisped corn beef. the horseradish mayo(?) was interesting. im still not sure if thats what it was. My husband ate all his chicken fried chicken. the sweet potato fries were quite delicious. The dessert was very good and large size. Mens bathroom smelled like dirty mop water and the women's smelled like sewer. They have a decent kids menu also. Overall the food tasted good. we were not unhappy but not impressed for the price with the overall feel and cleanliness of the place. for the prices and ambiance they seem to be seeking i would try to up the server game and cleaning a bit more. the carpet was dirty. has stains and visible food on it everywhere. Salad had HUGE chunks of inedible cucumber with its waxy skin still on. looked like an after thought or a hack job. salad was very disappointing. no effort at all.

Food and service was on point! For a busy Saturday evening we were able to grab a table, have a bite and enjoy conversation as well.

Eat here twice while in town due to the first time being so great. But I must say the second time was so very disappointing. I order the Hot chicken sandwich the first time which was good but if you can't handle heat don't get it. The following week I went in again and had the fish and chips due to my work mate getting them the first time and they looked delicious. Mine on the other hand were very bad, not even close to what was ordered the week before. Mine were very small pieces of fish and very very greasy. If I was from there or if I come back I will not be eating there due to the major inconsistency of the place. Should have taken a picture but was to disappointed to think about that.

One of my favorite spots in Liberty. So many great meals. Awesome desserts. Especially the carrot cake. Always get great service too.

This is only to regards to the Conrad's in Kearney, MO. We have given it 3 attempts to get things right, sadly it is still lacking. The food has been room temperature each time we have been there, and last time the order was completely wrong. The first time, the appetizer never showed up, second time the food and service were horrible, and last week both of our orders were wrong. There is no way - "no cheese" is that hard to leave off. This means, for some reason the person can not eat it. Scraping off ... no thanks. The waitress apologized and said ' they have gotten things wrong all night in the kitchen'Well someone should check these things before the food comes out. Or, the waitress needs to show up before you've had your food for 10 minutes and it's wrong. For $70 we will go someplace else!
