Connie's Cookies Kansas City

Connies cookies always does a great job in my opinion! The cookies are never dry and the icing is good! I've had two custom orders in the past month and both times they've followed the instructions! I will definitely continue to order my cookies here.

There 5 employees and not one of them could greet me.I waited over 5 minutes and no one said a word to me.I made eye contact with one and shrugged me shoulders and not one peep out of her. Rudest reaction by a business ever.

Holy cow- these cookies were amazing! It smelled incredible when I first walked into the store and the cookies tasted even better than I imagined. The texture is soft-melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. I got a sugar cookie with frosting and a snickerdoodle cookie. I loved the almond flavoring in both cookies. I preferred the snickerdoodle cookie because I think the frosting took away from the incredible flavor of the dough so I would definitely get cookies without frosting next time. I definitely recommend the snickerdoodle cookie! Yummm.

Never again. I bought 3 dozen standards cookies. They charged by me by the cookie if less than 6 of a kind totalling over $90. They charged me for the BOXES they came in (over $14 for that) and a $4 handling fee.Nickel and dime and overinflated. AND their cookies tasted doughy and unflavored. I will never by cookies from them again. Blue Chip will get my business from now on.

Walking into Connie's I was impressed with the store--very open and clean. No baking was occurring but it would be fun to visit when the bakers were in action. I did not place any special order. I just came in to see what they had available. They had multiple varieties of cookies in clamshells for purchase by the half dozen. I selected the peanut butter cookies with chocolate frosting and the double chocolate cookies with a buttercream frosting and chocolate chips on top.

I love the shapes and the icing on the cookies at this place! I bought them for our moving away party and they were a huge hit. They were quite large too!

You can't beat their Peanut Butter cookies with Chocolate icing. Large cookies and are always a hit when I order them and take for a outing.

I visited around 2pm and they literally had 6 cookies left for sale. There is nothing special about this place. If you want the best cookies in Kansas City, visit Upper Crust Pie Bakery in downtown Overland Park. The best Oatmeal Raisin Cookie on the planet. Outstanding Peanut Butter cookies also. Hands Down the best cookies in KC.

Placed a large order (over $600) for a scheduled pick a week in advance. Order was 2 1/2 hours late being ready. Cookies were way over-baked. Packaging was also lacking, there was not even the name of the business on the cookies. Reached out politely to allow them to address the issues and they flat out never responded. These were meant to be gifts distributed for the holidays. We wanted to support local business for the holidays and the entire experience was very disappointing, especially for the amount of money we spent. There is a complete lack of concern by the business for their service and product.

Delicious cookies. Wonderful service. I highly recommend whether for a special occasion or a random treat.
