Con Huevos by The Breakfast Spot

Chose this restaurant for our monthly book club with the girls. After doing a little bit of research I started with the café De ollo and a clay coffee mug, coffee with brown sugar and cinnamon. My entrée was the chorizo Chilaquiles, green sauce, medium egg, pico de gallo & cilantro. The green sauce has a little bit more of a medium spice, but with a great compliment with the chorizo and the crispy chips on the bottom. There are several other authentic dishes along with some more American entree options. Highly recommend this place to add in to your mix of morning breakfast but also an early lunch.

While I waited for my friend, I was kindly offered cafe de olla, which I enjoyed. Their embellished spot is welcoming and bright. Our breakfast was flavorsome and the service from beginning to end was exceptional. I do wish I had two portions of the huevos rancheros for the price.

Con Huevos is a nice authentic Latin America breakfast spot. You will find all of your favorites from pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and chileaques. It works cafeteria style where you order and then you go through what toppings you want on your dish. This is an easy spot to miss at it is in a strip mall. Service was great and friendly definitely a spot I want to go back to and support a local business.

The food was amazing. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage and chorizo and a hint of lettuce. I also tried the charo beans, and they were so good.I am excited to try the rest of the menu, which is a traditional Latino meal and drinks.

We found this new restaurant yesterday. They specialize in Mexican breakfast food. It's in a strip mall so parking is easy. You order at the counter and take to a table. The staff is nice and friendly. They came around to make sure everything was good. I had the Chilaquiles Con Huevos with charro beans. Very good meal. It's a large serving and I brought half home. Excellent breakfast with great service! They were well-staffed and eager to please. The menu has variety and is easy to understand. Everything was clean. Chilaquiles with steak was DELICIOUS. And the cinnamon biscuit was SO GOOD. It's rare for me to give five stars but they are doing it right. My mom, her friend, my sister, and brother in law also enjoyed their meals.

I downloaded yelp to make a review of Con Huevos because it's so good! This place is WONDERFUL! I wish we would have taken pictures but we were starving and devoured it! We got the Texas Benny and it was very good. However, the chilaquiles were phenomenal! Like.. one of the best we've ever had. We loved the order at the counter style because it was so quick! They have a wonderful system going. We live about 20 minutes away but will definitely make the trip to come back! So glad we stumbled upon this place!

Got the breakfast quesadilla -- I'd say it was more of a breakfast taco situation. No peppers and not grilled together. Still pretty good and was able to make two giant breakfast tacos. Came with a side of beans, tasty but lacking in burst of flavor. Red salsa was a good spice, but wish there was a spicier option. Will try again. Prices are high, but if you split it may be worth it.

This breakfast place has a cafeteria vibe. You order and you follow your food as they make your dish and you pay at the end. The staff was nice but there was a bit of a language barrier. The tables are pretty small so it wasn't the easiest for our party of 6. The food was good but nothing special. The hash browns are super crispy (the way I love it) but the sandwich I got was just ok. It was really hard to eat with plastic ware and not quite the vibe we were hoping for.

Great authentic food and service. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting an amazing breakfast.
