I mean, it's Coach! I was at The Legends to stop by Banana Republic and remembered the Coach store was there. I promised I would only stop in for a second but the sales were ridiculously inviting and I couldn't not purchase something! The associates were particularly helpful ( Frankie helped me and I wish he worked on commission!). He directed me to items I was looking for, as well as, items I may be interested in. I was! I decided on a neutral and classic bag. They had a ton of purses for $99 so it was a difficult choice and now I have to go back! Frankie encouraged me to sign up for the insider program or whatever it was called and these are emails for promotions I actually look forward to seeing in my inbox. I need to budget for my spending there because I want to throw all of my money at the items in this store! .

So I am a loyal Coach customer and purchased some leather kitten heel shoes in April. They have completely broken down. I wear them maybe 1-2x per week..... and have only had them for three months. I talk to the manager at the legends Kansas store, and she would not help me at all. This is not normal product quality Customer service I expect from Coach. At this point, I'm not sure I will ever be a coach customer again.

I thought the outlet was really nice. There is plenty of room to mosey around and they had spectacular deals and plenty of merchandise dispute the enormous amount of people that showed up. There were 4 cashiers and the poor girls were working so hard. I saw one of them say "I have to go to the restroom I'm really sorry" to a customer. They were definitely short staffed. I think they should try to get some other hand held registers to help with the massive amount of people. It took 2 hours just to get in and another hour in line. The AC was pumping in there. I was coldddd. Better than being hot and sweaty while you're waiting though. The employees were perhaps the most notably great thing about this store. They were awesome!!! They were running around like crazy people trying to keep the store tidy and checking in the back for items and were enthusiastic about it. Good for them! A++ for the staff.

Where has the customer service gone in this store! Great store gone downhill! I'll be surprised if I ever buy on again! I don't know if it's the factory store or if it's just the regular store but I will not go back! They just lost a loyal customer!When did the store change to a 30 day return policy! And why do they only have a warranty on their bags for a year now! They used to have a lifetime warranty! And you had 90 days to return your purchase if you didn't like it! Are they afraid of something and has their quality gone downhill!

I give Rosa 5 out 5 for service. She always acknowledged and helped me in the store during my multiple visits.However I have brought down the rating because of salesperson Derek. I walked instore at 7pm and staff were chatting amongst themselves instead of greeting customers (I work in retail so I know how important customer engagement is). I asked Derek to alter a belt for me as a present I was buying for the person. I said he had a waist size of 30inch. Wasn't until I left the store that I realised the belt was cut AT 30inchs. I am not a male so I do not how a belt size should be sized- Derek not only being a male BUT also a coach saleperson/consultant should have given me advice about sizing- now i know that if you wear size 30inch pants you DO NOT size a belt at the exact 30inch size.Furthermore he was yawning and I have to tell him several times that the size I needed was for a 30inch waist. Either the store needs to train people better or have shorter shifts so then staff are alert and not half asleep. When you work for a store, you are not a zombie.

Terrible customer service. Two employees were making loud jokes and gagging noises as they walked through the store to their break room. The two women at the front desk were busy online shopping for shoes, to ask if I needed help. Another employee kept interrupting my browsing by asking me random questions behind me, and making me turn around to talk to her. After this visit I'll take my future business across the street to Kate Spade and Michael Kors.
