Cloverleaf was a solid place for our recent KC trip.I'll preface this with the fact that we were travelling with a pupper that hasn't quite learned her manners yet, so we needed something with quick access to outdoors. Cloverleaf came through in that regard. The suites are sizeable and offer a full(ish) kitchen and they have been renovated recently. The bed was comfy thanks to the topper and I have no complaints other than listening to the people in the room above us stomp around all night/every night.I can't speak to the breakfast since it's not offered in Covid times, but overall the location is good, the amenities are decent and their deposit policy is garbage. I'm sure there's for a reason for it, but just be aware they will charge you a security deposit and then refund it, versus putting a hold for incidentals. It ain't the Ritz, but it's a good spot if you need something very pet friendly.

We were looking for a Hotel somewhat close to Arrowhead Stadium, but not in Kansas City. We were going to a Chiefs Game, with Our 25 year old Son (hence the 2 Bedroom) and wanted a 2 Bedroom Hotel with a Kitchen. I wanted a Unit with a Kitchen so that we could have a Family Meal AFTER the Game.Hubby found this Hotel and I booked it after making sure that Our Son was also staying overnight. Since he's in College and eats out all of the time -- I wanted to make a homemade meal for him. Now honestly, the Kitchen has a nice Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher BUT it doesn't have a huge selection of Kitchen Utensils or Bakeware -- but it was enough for me to reheat the Lasagna that I made, I ended up using some Fry Pans to make the Garlic Bread. There was Plates, etc for 4 people -- but some of the Cutlery was missing and there were no sharp knives. On the plus side -- it was very CLEAN. The Staff was very Helpful and Accommodating :) We had their Breakfast in the morning and it was adequate, but not GREAT! The Coffee tasted Scorched, but there were 3 Juices and 1 Flavored Water. The Pancakes and Sausage seemed like they had been frozen and reheated. They had the regular Continental Cuisine -- Yogurt, Cereal, etc.The Bedrooms and Bathrooms were nice. Apparently they have a 'Social Hour' on Monday through Thursday. We didn't have time to really do anything but look at the Pool or Patio / Grill area. But we would without a doubt stay here again!!

This property has a great two bedroom two bathroom suite. It has a small common area which includes a tv, books, and a record player. Bedrooms each have a private bathroom and large beds. Also a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, dishwasher, pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, fridge, garbage disposal, etc. The upstairs loft bedroom has a personal AC unit which is convenient for personal temperature preference. Very nice and simply decorated.Front Office common area is well kept and offers a juice machine, coffee machine, and breakfast area (closed to COVID). Bags of ice are complimentary and the desk sells water bottles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outside of our suite there is an outside seating area and gazebo not far from the office.

Rude is an understatement for one of the people behind the desk, John. I think he needs psychiatric help. Everyone else from the cleaning staff to the managers were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and NORMAL. John was condescending, berating and a complete nightmare to have to encounter. I stayed here for 29 days and would have given this place a much better rating (at least 3 stars) if John didn't work here. He shouldn't be allowed to work in a job that requires talking to people.

Pro: Room space good with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cons: Room was falling apart from day 1. First, the ridiculous portable A/C in the second floor loft next to the bed just leaked all over drenching half the floor. When told to the front desk, very little was done. I was shocked the room was not properly cooled by their "central air." Second, the light switch leading to the downstairs bathroom went out. Even though we informed the front desk immediately, for the rest of the stay we had no light or anyone come and change a simple lightbulb. Third, to top it off the door handle of the first floor bedroom came off when closing the door. It seemed someone tried to glue it back. We asked front desk to fix numerous times. When I checked out early this morning the attendant was not apologetic, empathetic or write down anything. Just simply gave me the card of the manager to air my grievances because he was not going to have it. So unprofessional. Beware because this management will be quick to charge you for damages you did not cause. Don't bother staying here. To management, have better trained staff, show compassion, act urgently especially to water leaks which causes health hazards and be accommodating. For this I give you one star. If you tried to charge me. I will sue! To Hotels.com do not include them in your list of hotels.

Worse Place to Stay ! All the Previous negative reviews here about this place are unfortunately true.Front desk a-hole JOHN is rude. All the previous mentionings about him being rude and lacking hospitality and some what "odd" behavior are true. The management should may be teach him how not to be a asshole all the time to their customers, or teach him atleast some hospitality skills. This place felt like if you were living at Juvenile detention center due to their lack of hospitality and rudeness towards their customers. After bringing this issue of this asshole John to Manager Jeff - "bald guy" - he didn't even care to listen and said "we are checking you out." I wonder if these people are happy in their personal lives as they completely seem to be frustrated, rude for some unknowingly reason. All of the reviews about their rudeness I can confirm now are true.I lived there for about 2 + weeks. Some of their staff also share the same sentiments of their management (John) being rude not only to their customers but to them as well. Not only this, there are several of us who were staying at this location in different rooms encountered the similar episodes.Avoid this place by all means and don't ruin your stay.

Truly the worst service which makes the substandard rooms even less tolerable. When the manager (John), has a reputation (I read previous reviews for this location & his name was mentioned in other mishandled situations) of not being courteous, compassionate nor willing to make customer happy on the first try; this place would need to update the shabby furniture for & put someone in the place of John.John, you're in the "hospitality & service " industry. The worst experience, got no sleep & couldn't wait to get home to rest & put the weekend behind us.SignedTJ Hawver

Stayed here for a work trip for one night as my company office was a short walk away. The manager checked me in. He was super friendly and made a recommendation for pizza delivery. The room was recently renovated and they spent some money into making the rooms nice. If I had to make some recommendations, the shower cuRtain was not wide enough for the shower. Also, I would have liked some tea in the room along with the coffee they had in the room. The complementary breakfast was a nice throw in, but the food was just okay. A few changes and this would be a five star. Regardless, I'll stay there again if I have to stay near this office again.

Our whole family stayed here for about a week in the summer and loved our stay. Rooms were in great shape and the staff was super nice every time I interacted with them. My only complaint is that the free breakfast is not that great. Would totally stay here again.

Just checked in, awesome front desk concierge service- everything is clean clean. Breakfast kit for the morning! Yes please. Most just cancel it or leave cereal. Inside is really sharp, clean. Full kitchen w/pots n pans. It's super nice- feels like an apartment I could live in short term. Nice touches, extra pillows, actual pull out couch. Room is furnished with regular furniture not that uncomfortable hotel type. Bar w stools. Smells good, what a great way to rest up during a long trip. Easy freeway access too!
