All around amazing experience. Very homey feeling and environment. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Take a group the all you can eat home style setting is always a good time.

Limited hours but great food. Also a bit out of the way. Make reservations and don't trust to lick that you will get a seat without calling ahead

Just like a home cooked meal! The fried chicken was piping hot and delicious. Mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, biscuits, butter, cinnamon applesauce - all family style and all very good.We also got the tea and the lemonade...both were great.Cash only!!! They do also take checks - but no credit cards!!!Even better yet - my AT&T cell phone had one bar/zero bar...just put it away and have a nice conversation.

Excellent all around! We had a 16 person group and they were fast with providing refills and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food... I'm still not sure if it was real or if I was dreaming. The pies were especially unbelievable. The chef even came out from the back to ask us how everything was. Superb class joint - highly recommend.

Best fried chicken in the US. Better than Strouds in KC. Better than JC airport. Better than Welcome Inn. Better than Westphalia Inn. Only thing close was Bon Ton Mini Mart in Kentucky. As you can see, my wife and I consider ourselves fried chicken connoisseurs, if that isn't a paradoxical claim.And it is not just the chicken. The biscuits and mashed potatoes are to die for. The cinnamon apple sauce is the bomb. Green beans delish!!Great people, great prices. Just try it you will not be disappointed. We have eaten here 20+ times and tell everyone we know about this hidden gem!

Service for party of 10 was exceptional! Very good home-cooked fried chicken dinner. Will return!

This is a very quaint little place. It doesn't look very big from the outside but there is actually quite a bit of seating on the inside but sort of crowded. There is an outdoor area with about 5 tables on it which is where we sat. It was so loud inside because it was crowded due to Father's Day. So the menu is all chicken dinners. They have different sides. You get a biscuit that comes with your dinner but can order more. They also have an All You Can Eat option. It was pretty good over all and we might visit again but nothing memorable. They do have a handicapped ramp and bathroom.

The only thing better than the food was the hospitality I received! The chicken is amazing, fair pricing, lots of sides included! They are cash only so don't forget your cash or check! The staff were very kind and food service was amazing!If you are in the area, and want some great fried chicken look no further!!

Family style fried chicken. Sides and service were excellent. Well worth a trip for dinner.
