The Driver was fantastic however the Management member that we had to deal with was rude, inconsiderate & billed my cc TWICE for one trip !!I had initially scheduled 7 consecutive weeks of transportation with this company and CANCELED them ALL after the service I received. My flight was delayed by many hours due to a medical emergency of another passenger. Rather than understanding & offering any kind of options, the manager that we dealt with was rude & insisted that the only option was to charge me for THREE additional hours!!To top off the horrible service I received, when I tried to reach them to cancel my future trips as well as follow up about this double charge, I left 5 messages with not one return phone call or email!

I hired this company to take 9 people to and from the hotel to the Taylor Swift concert. It was an awful experience. The limo shows up and the air conditioner did not work. It was an old stretch limo with rust on the outside. We drove 45 minutes to the concert sweating with 9 people in close quarters. They changed cars when they picked us up but the limo was not big enough. Two people had to sit on the floor and had no seat belts.I called the owner to share my experience and he got in a shouting match with me on the phone. He never called me back or made any accommodations for the terrible experience.They were recommended by the Marriott who I have called to share my experience.Would not use this company.

I have left several phone messages and sent several emails to Classic Lima with no response in regards to charge on the credit card. We had used Classic Limo for an airport transfer. The charge on the card was for a month after the service date and for over three times the quoted price! Trying to reach anyone at the company who could answer my questions and straighten out the billing error was impossible.

Took them for two different business trips. The first time the driver was 20 minutes late to the pickup time, the second time I gave them an even earlier time for pick up just in case it happened again, and it did. Also, while waiting for the second cab driver to pick me up none of my calls about him being late were answered until I finally received a text when he showed up.Driver was there waiting when returning. However, I was billed twice for the second trip and have gone through three weeks of fighting with them to get paid back. It has been three weeks of trying to get the money back and dealing with rude people and excuses. They also sneakily charged me more for the second trip than the first trip. I don't think the issue is with the drivers, I think it is management.
