City Wide Heating & Cooling

Got new Heating and AC for my house. Two each, Lennox! Service techs were excellent,very professional, knew what they were doing. Left with everything cleaned up and did the job in just a few hours! This is a well run company, well priced, very fair on the two units that I purchased! Highly recommend them!

I have been a customer with City Wide for nearly 20 years. What a great company!! From the very beginning they have always been honest, professional and patient. Joe is quick, efficient and polite. Steve, my regular technician has been with me for several years. He is never in too big of a hurry to not answer all of my questions. The newest technician Al, who installed a new blower in my furnace (the same day) told me that he went to work for the company because they emphasis "service" and not "sales". Get group of guys!!!

Called Roger the Plumber to have them do a tune up on our furnace. We had to pay them $59 for doing nothing because we weren't going to pay $3200 for work they said needed to be done. Called City Wide and they came right out and told us that a lot of HVAC and plumbing companies pay their technicians a commission for the work they do. City Wide is not commissioned and our charge for the work was $159 which includes a spring AC start up. Highly recommend this company

Not impressed with their business practices. They came to my location and inspected my unit and when I asked them to replace it, they recommended that I call someone else. That's fine, but they sent me an invoice the next week for basically doing nothing to help my situation.

Very Bad phone manners. The manufacturer for my air condition unit had given me their number to call, along with a few others. When I had called, the lady who picked up the phone sounded like she was having a very, very bad day: her tone of voice...the way she asked her questions... And that was okay with me. What got to me was that once she had found out that she does not service the part of town I live in, she had dismissed me, saying, "no, nope! I don't service that area", and hung up AS I WAS THANKING HER anyways. I imagined her mouth cringing into a frown as she was saying that. :(
