City Center Fitness

Great place to work out in Lenexa! Especially for weightlifters. Never busy when I went in January/February earlier this year. The only reason I paused my membership was because I had moved to Olathe. Also the basketball gym was always freezing in wintertime, and sometimes busy with league practice in evening.

City Center fitness is a very intimate fitness center with great workout equipment. It is very clean. They provide wipes to sanitize equipment after you use the machines. It is a very quiet workout environment. I am excited to see with new management what the center will be able to offer.

Can't say enough great things about this gem of a place. Where can you go for $25 a month that includes a gym, fitness classes, free wifi and drum roll.... free child care included!?! Yes, you can come and unwind or have some much needed self care time... all while knowing your kiddos are being well taken care of. There is a huge weight room, two cardio rooms, large open gym (which is rentable), and aerobic/class room. My kids actually beg to come since they know they will have a blast. Meanwhile, I hit up yoga classes or even catch up on emails/work/phone calls... it's amazing!
