Chip's Chocolate Factory

I came in right after seeing the lightning thief at theater below. The smell is what lure me in. I ended up picking out a chocolate pecan fudge piece and a turtle pretzel stick. There were a lot of different fudge options, so I'm excited to go back and try a few other fudge pieces. One that comes to mind is the cookies and cream which looks to be made with a white chocolate fudge which I've never seen before.

I came here with friends and the place was so clean and nice, the people were nothing but nice and friendly! U had so much fun there and the chocolate and fudge was to die for! I would recommend this place to any people with a sweet tooth!!! Thank you so much Chip's Chocolate Factory!!

We stumbled upon this place while checking out the shopping center. It smelled amazing inside! The staff all seemed nice and friendly. There's a good variety of chocolate and fudge treats to choose from. We had a variety of treats, from the Swiss covered donette, the chocolate Rice Krispie bar, chocolate covered s'mores, and several of the truffles! They were all really good and fresh tasting! Definitely worth checking out if you love chocolate sweets!

Fun, tasty, and unique...this Kansas City fudge and candy shop is a local treasure. Chocolate lovers will be delighted by the sweet treats and unique options like ridiculously oversized marshmallows covered in chocolate and M&Ms. If you love fudge, you're in luck! Chip's creates every kind of fudge one could ever dream of, and if you're lucky, you can catch the fudge man making it. Bonus-If you stick around long enough he gives out samples after the fudge is formed. A stop by Chip's is a true treat. Absolutely worth heading upstairs to see their latest creations while strolling around Crown Center.

Came here for the first time not knowing this place was here. Was exploring the hotel since I haven't been in years and the first thing I saw off the escalator was a guy making fudge plus the smell was intoxicating I was literally a big kid in a candy store coming here and didn't know what I wanted. The guy was so patient with me and opened himself up to questions. I ended up w a cookies and crème looking popsicle and a white chocolate mixed w peanut. Utter large cup. It tasted better than a Reese's. Those two items came out to $8.57 and worth every penny. There was so much to choose from including fudge but I had self control. They were both amazing to me although taste is subjective reading the other reviews. You're bound to find something if nothing else watch the guy make fudge. Customer service was amazing as well and I later read that this is a family owned small business so I'll definitely be back.

It's not everyday that you see chocolates being made right in front of you. This is a a fun place to be if you're with friends and would like to hang around. They have a great display and instead of buying chocolates on my first visit here I bought myself a cotton candy! Delicious- the way you'd expect cotton candy to be. I saw many chocolate lollipops here and was almost tempted to buy some. Maybe next time! Oh yes, there's gona be a next time because the same store also has a candy store on the same floor that I can't wait to explore!

I give this place 3.5 stars. It's the better half of meh. It's fine. I probably would have been more impressed if they were making something when we were there.It's an expensive hand made chocolate shop. Chocolates are fine, but nothing amazing.I had a chocolate covered pretzel, chocolate caramel pretzel rod, and piece of fudge. They were all fine.To be fair, it's pretty much exactly what you would expect from a chocolate shop in Crown Center.

Extremely good customer service! My order was not delivered when it was supposed to be due to a lazy USPS worker so the owner personally drove out to deliver the gift herself! (Seriously-post office said it was undeliverable when the recipient was home all day and there are zero impediments for delivery.)The fudge is delicious and there is a wonderful variety of flavors to choose from. I will definitely order again and will be visiting the store when I am in KC.

Always amazing confectioneries!! Delivered as promised and it made my receptionists day!! You can tell the owners truly care about the quality of their products. If you are ever near one of their stores, stop in and get a treat. I promise it will be worth it!

Great chocolate, definitely recommend taking the tour and enjoying watching them create their wares.
