The order came quickly. Unfortunately the spring rolls were a little mushy inside. So my husband and I didn't like them. The cashew chicken was all right but the sesame chicken tasted more orangey than like sesame chicken and neither my husband nor I enjoyed it. The servings were plentiful though. I would probably try another Chinese place next time though.time f

10/10 always have the best food and always are so fast and sweet with there service. I never once have had something wrong or even taste slightly off. Would recommend trying this place!!!!!

My favorite non buffet Chinese takeout in the metro. I live in Olathe but anytime I am in Lees Summit I try to stop here. Love the General Taos Chicken and the Crab Rangoon. It's a small lobby, nothing fancy but the food is always fresh, hot, and my meal is never soggy, the chicken stays crisp for the duration of the meal.

This has been our go-to Chinese restaurant since moving to Lee's Summit three years ago. The food is delicious and they have yet to mess up our order (which is a big deal considering most places in Lee's Summit are incompetent). However, the lady at the front desk is pretty rude every time we come in, which is why I gave them four stars instead of five. Other reviews do not lie that they are not well decorated either, but this doesn't really matter to us considering we're just picking up our food. If you want good Chinese in Lee's Summit, this is the place to go.

We enjoy the food from China88. The food is well prepared and portions are good. (I'm usually surprised how heavy my pick up order is). Always like to get the Hot and Sour soup, very flavorful and really is hot and sour. Reliably good with their Crab Rangoon and fried dumplings. That can be a good light meal by itself. Any of your favorites come to you well executed: Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso's chicken or tofu, Orange beef, Curry Chicken, Ma PO Tofu, Hunan or Szechuan anything, and fried rice or noodles. Some thai recipes available too. Nice menu full of selections. My vegetarian kids like the vegetable and tofu soup!!Pretty much a carry out/delivery place. Never tried a delivery. Always ready to pick up when they tell you it will be ready. All are excellent as next day leftovers. Strongly recommended to try if haven't yet!!

The egg drop soup was delicious. However, the beef and broccoli was the most repulsive thing I've ever had. Awful. Tasted like a wet paper towel roll with oil on it. Seriously. Never again.

Chinese restaurants seem to come and go a lot in Lee's Summit. We tried calling the one we use to order from for delivery tonight and got a private residence...so we turned to the phone book and on a whim called China 88. I think I saw their drivers out a few months back so guessed they delivered.We ordered two entrees, two small egg drop soups, and appetizers. Got it all delivered for $30.00 including the tip.I really enjoyed my egg drop soup. The small is enough for a small meal in itself. The broth was thick and there was lots of egg white in the egg drop. My crab rangoon actually had the taste of crab and I could see some pink chunks in the creamy cream cheese. The small is three and the large is 6. I went with the small and was fully satisfied.Hubby was happy with his Spicy Pork and I really enjoyed my Sesame Chicken. Enough for at least one and probably two meals of left overs.I also liked the fact that most items came in reusable containers and the driver was friendly and the service was speedy. We will be ordering from China 88 again.

Not my favorite in lees summit. Price not bad. The hottest Mongolian Beef Recipe I've ever tasted. You might score a bit hire if you like lots of heat but if you are looking for sweet, savory, with a subtle kick go elsewhere. This Mongolian beef "tore down my city wall!"
