Chili's

I went to Chili's for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I had not been to this location for more than a year due to past experience with poor service and terrible food. As everything has, prices have gone up and what used to be three for $10 was now three for $15. I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas with endless chips and salsa and a soda. The chips and salsa were delicious. The quesadillas were actually full of chicken and enough that I took half home. I'm glad I tried them again.

We had a quick lunch here this weekend and enjoyed it, as always. Their 3 for $10 deal is great and we both got chips and salsa for one app, a salad for another, two sodas and 2 burgers with fries on one and asparagus on the other and everything was yummy. Our server was quick and friendly. I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews and low score here, as we come here often and always have good food and service for a decent price. Lots to choose from on the menu.

But I have noticed that the freshness of the dishes, changes from restaurant to restaurant. Sorry Lawrence, this one in Liberty is way much better.Service: I noticed that many reviews mention the waiting time and the poor service.When we got there, yes, it took 10 min for somebody to show up to out table. But apparently there was a shift change and we fell through the cracks. I did notice the delay but was not a big deal.Derrick was our waiter. He explained the whole situation he apologized about the delay.5 min after Jim, the manager also showed up to our table. He was also apologetic. He offered us a free dessert to make up for the delay. That was amazing. Not necesarilly the free dessert, but the service. Anybody can make a mistake but the way you react to them is what makes a difference.Yelp factor: Many bad reviews in the past about service. But that is the past. Now they have the besr service that you can get. They do care.If you go to Chilis, please go to this location and you'll get the best experience ever.Looking forward to go back to this place

i did a online order for the triple dipper and order chicken tenders sliders and mozzarella sticks and guess what they forgot my mozzarella sticks!!!!! worst of all i put no bacon and they gave me BACON this is stupid and they need to be more cautious. #nevercomingagain #IWANTMOZZARELLASTICKS

Went to dinner at Chili's tonight and they were very busy. We finally got seated 15 minutes later and our waitress was very attentive. We ordered the cheese sticks for an appetizer and it was brought out piping hot and they were huge we got 3 and they were the size of a deck of cards. We ordered the honey chipotle chicken strips served with corn and french fries and a spicy burger our food was brought out quickly and served hot. The meal was delicious and we will definitely be back.

During our visit yesterday, I observed the drive thru order filler filling orders with her bare hands. Reaching in and out of the French fry pan filling someone's to go order. When I asked our waiter if this was standard practice he said no. He reported to management and stated this waitress has been previously spoken to about this issue. My question for management would be why she wasn't immediately sent home/ fired? They discarded the pan of fries and made a fresh one. But my concern is how many people have gotten sick from this waitresses actions?

We have lived in liberty for nearly 20 years and have been coming to this restaurant for about 15 of those years. This was by far the worst experience to date. Our server was clearly overwhelmed with the 5 tables he had, two of which were bigger parties. To start off, it took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us for drinks. (I am a server at Buffalo Wild Wings, we are required to greet our tables within 45 seconds...so maybe my expectations were a little too high, but I haven't had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes to be greeted at this location before) We were starving so we went ahead and put in our drinks , appetizers, and food right from the start. Again, maybe it was a lot of information at once but we didn't think it would be too hard...actually it's not. We didn't get our drinks and chips & salsa for another 25 minutes. (We had 2 margaritas and 3 waters) Our triple dipper came out with our main meals and incorrect. (we were literally missing the egg rolls so our server said he would check the order again and get them out to us as soon as possible.) My 6oz sirloin was overcooked and my half order of texas cheese fries were so overcooked the cheese was hard, crunchy, and honestly just not edible. My aunt needed lemons with her tea and didn't get them until the 4th time she asked, and we didn't get refills at all. She also had to ask the young hostess for napkins because we had none. We had to place 2 togo orders so we decided to do so halfway through our meal given the kitchen was already backed up. When it came time for the check our server split the check wrong, adding things to my aunts check that weren't hers. She explained to him that it was incorrect, he again, said he would figure it out and "i gotcha" (this was his favorite thing to say when in fact, he did NOT have us.) After about 10 minutes he came back to argue with my aunt saying that the ticket is correct and she told him that she will write down exactly what she had and what do you know, she ended up being correct after all. I finally spoke up and asked another hostess for a manager, when she came over I told her that the fries were awful, the service was terrible and that I don't expect a refund but i wanted to let her know how the restaurant has been running tonight. She did end up taking off my meal and fries, but for a total of $85 plus tip this service and food was beyond ridiculous and not worth it whatsoever. Oh, then i finally got my egg rolls.

we went here with a party of 8. 3 adults and 5 kids, u would've thought we had a party of 40. The receptionist started hyperventilating, then told us they couldn't do it. Then turned around and took 2 parties of 5. 5+5=10. We just left to prevent the tears.

The food was cold! Small portions and missing ingredients. Very pricey for what we got. The service was fine but we won't go back.
