Chiefs Fit- Country Club Plaza

This is the biggest joke of a Front of the House customer service! I have contacted the GM Jack multiple times from March - July about putting my account on hold. I was told it would be $15 a month to do that. I agreed to that, yet I was getting charged for the full amount! I have spoke to Jack on the phone a few times and was supposed to get everything taken care of and made right. Then the next thing I know Jack wasn't there anymore and was given [email protected] to send all my emails and correspondences. I never received any email back at all.I called multiple times then finally got the district manager Juan to make an appointment with me. I had to reschedule cause had an emergency with my elderly grandmother. I called the gym and told them to have him call me again and reschedule. Never received a call from him at all. I then reached out again and got a response from Juan. The response was very cold and rude. He didn't even answer my questions or try to help. He just told me my account was out of his hands and "he was going to clear my balance as a courtesy". How is it a courtesy when I have been billed every month WRONG and they do nothing to fix it? The front desk doesn't know what they are doing, and neither do the managers!!

This is a really great gym. It's a pretty location and is not insanely overpriced. They always keep it clean. You can use the sauna, but you do have to pay a lot more for the other features which is kind of a bummer. They do offer a lot like IV and massage chairs. There's always a roof that is fully equipped and has a beautiful view of the plaza!

Really enjoy this gym, it has great selection of equipments, staff is friendly (for the most part) and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I trained with Ty for a year and got really good results, I also enjoy taking group fitness classes as they are interactive and it comes with the membership. Is very spacious and does not get too crowded!

Great equipment choices & clean. Reasonable price for fitness. I will still go here probably but I am having a lot of issues. Saturday mornings there's a gang of like 30 women than feverishly run through the weight equipment like they're in a marathon. I get it: they're trying to show off, but it's become a safety hazard. Everyone has to pause and not walk to the next weight machine just to avoid a collision. I emailed management about it but got ignored. It continuously smells like sewer and I don't know why they won't get air deodorizers. The thermostat is set too hot in the summer and winter so it's a stuffy feeling especially with everyone's body heat. The spray tan area is not managed properly, it's routinely out of things. One day I had to put a trash bag on my head just to tan because they were out of shower caps. To be cheap, they started supplying 3" narrow foot covers instead of ones wide enough for a human foot. So you will surely stain the bottom of your feet. They also use thin mesh shower caps so the spray tan gets all over your hair and stains it, instead of providing plastic ones that won't ruin your hair. They cleaned the machine at least 30-45 min before closing one time so it was full of water. I was sliding all over the bottom and it dripped all over me and ruined the tan. Last; there is no direct roof access for workouts so it's a really strange set up and I can't get from the roof to the main workout room from there, it sends me into the parking garage. I also can't go from the main floor up the elevator to the rooftop and everyone is forced to use the stairs. Like I said I will probably keep my membership since it's near me, but I am frustrated with the small things they could improve. They even leave the Kleenex in the bathroom empty and I've had to remind them to fill it. There is a lot of staff standing around but no one is taking initiative to make sure things are in order. Just wish it could be a bit better.

this is the best gym I've ever been to it is always so clean, and the staff members always greet me with a smile. I never have trouble with the dumbbells or the machines.
