Selection : Home Decor freaks this is the place for you. No other store in KC inspires me more. I literally could roam this store for hours. I love the small things to the furniture pieces. There is surely something for everyone. Perfect place to shop if you are looking for a house warming gift as well. Unique and charming pieces. I really felt like every corner was a page from an AD magazine. Service : Kind and friendly. I didn't feel like I was being hounded -- which is great. But I also felt like I was acknowledged so if I did need any assistance I wasn't running up and down the stairs. Value: The pricing is pretty accurate and reflects the trends of today. I would expect mid-high prices. Although I found the clearance section to be quite affordable.

One of my favorite places for souvenirs in KC! They have a more unique and diverse selection of souvenirs - from clothes, coasters, posters, home goods, etc. It's definitely a great place for gifts, I will certainly be returning just for that. What also really stuck out to me was their unique selection of candles, kitchenware, and even books. There's even a coffee shop located with the store, Novella, that has a really nice, small seating area. I saw many families walking through here, getting a coffee, so it's definitely a really great vibe. Would recommend!

Don't judge me... guys can like this store too! While this store predominately brings in hundreds and hundreds of middle age women who dress well and have money to burn, my wife and I love visiting this store for inspiration. I love making furniture with wood, and my wife loves everything about this store. Together we can spend hours walking around with wide eyes looking at everything this gigantic store has to offer. I can't wait to make a dining room table similar to the one I saw here. My wife likes this place because it feels a lot like Nell Hills, but doesn't have the exorbitant price tag. Very similar items that you find here are significantly less expensive than Nell Hills. However, they are still probably more expensive than you like. If you are looking for a great place to go for home furnishings, interior decorating, seasonal decorations (especially Christmas), this is your store!

Cool store, way over priced. Had I known what I purchased was an Ashley brand of furniture, I would not have bought them, nor would I have paid more than $100 over a piece for the chairs. Ashley has these chairs listed for $320 (Tartonelle accent chair) Painted Sofa, marketed chairs as "Charmed House Interiors, Emma Tufted Club" has them for $422. All sales final, no price matching, and no extended warranty (which you really need with Ashley). So, I'm stuck. Crappy way to do business Painted Sofa, Reverse Passing Off isn't legal. I'm all about supporting small business, but not to get reamed. I will not be back.

Went out of my way to get here. More kitsch less furniture. Bummer. It was packed as well. If you're looking for farmhouse, this place has it all.

Heaven for anyone that watches too much HGTV. Three floors of awesomeness at all different price points. LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!!!

I loved this store! It is packed full of Christmas decorations for your home (at least during the season) and was items I've never seen anywhere. The items had their own style and design. They had a cafe inside as well, although I didn't order from it to know what their drinks are like. It's all new retail items (or appeared to be), no vintage items, but had the feel of cottage vintage cozy styles. I visited many shops and stores in the area, but this was one of only 2 that I'd point to as a must visit to check it out.

I LOVE LOVE Charmed House Interiors! From their awesome staff (that I consider friends) to all the decor items on 3 floors...who couldn't love this place! I shop frequently to see what is new. Had Andrew come out and help me with design details in my house and have been so happy. I have bought everything from beds, chairs, decor & even lighting fixtures. One stop to get everything I need. Every single one of their staff is so nice and friendly. Thanks Brandon and all the ladies for their help on making me feel welcome each time I come in.

STOP BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE! They have an "all sales final" policy and will not accept returns. I am stuck with a $200 upholstered, brand new, ottoman that doesn't work in my living room and will now be forever in my basement. If I had known of the "all sales final" policy, I would never have purchased because I am decorating my main living area and seeing what works and what doesn't. Charmed House needs to redo their "all sales final" signage so that it's less aesthetically pleasing and WAY MORE PRONOUNCED. My parents ran their own furniture store for 30 years, and believe me, people could and did return items all the time after testing them in their home. In our day and time, when the standard is that items can be returned in mint condition and within a reasonable timeframe, then customers don't go to the checkout counter expecting this type of policy. Bad for business. I will not be shopping here again.
