I ordered the hot&spicy fish with fries. Placed the order online and didn't have any problems, it was ready when I arrived. The fish had a decent flavor to it and it was a decent amount of food. However my fries were not cooked all the way through. I'd go back but maybe ask for crispy fries?

They sale fish by the pound that is not actually weighed. When I asked the cook how are you charging me by the pound when you don't weigh the fish? He said they count 16 to 20 nuggets. Hilarious . They also list 2 kinds of catfish on the menu but actually only sale 1. I order regular channel catfish & they sale everyone the cheaper Basa Catfish which is from Vietnam. I also ordered a 5 piece chicken dinner which was one price on the menu and they charge me another on the receipt. I was told they charged more because the price of food went up! If you charge more change the menu price!!! Don't practice fraudulent business practices and try to trick the customers into buying something the don't get and charge a different price than what's on the menu. Change the menu price otherwise YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW!! U can not list one price and charge another

Definitely not the same as the original location off of Swope Parkway/ Blue Parkway.... I visited that location several times a month. The you lady did confirm that this new location is the same but very poor quality of food. I will visit some other places because this is no longer worth the money. Initial there were 3 mushrooms in the dinner but of course I sent it back because that is unacceptable. The establishment is nice and clean.

This review is for the 5101 Ararat Dr location in the old Pizza Hut building. Placed my order online but didn't receive a confirmation #.There were 2 women at the front counter.The older lady personality was like a prison guard, the younger lady had aSweet personality BUT need to be trained on good customer service.they told me they hadn't received my on line order. I called my credit card who told me the charge was posted to my charge account already.The prison guard checked again and found my order.After 45 minutes of listening to nightclub level explicit lyrics (suck my d**ck, f::ck you b?tch) my food was ready. Forget to mention they ran out of greens and potato salad. The cooks and front staff kept having conversations about lack of food. heard the cooks say "we are suppose to run out of food" LOL.The whole catfish,chicken wings, sweet potatoes and green beans was good but the hamburger was ok at best.Food probably would have taste better with out all the before mention nonsense.This is a nice place in a good location. Would love to see it Succeed.

This was my first time at Charlie D's! My coworkers always brought Charlie D's in for lunch and it looked/smelled delicious! I was so happy I got the chance to try them. I got the Philly Cheesesteak with fries and it was really good! The price for it was very reasonable. I can't wait to try other stuff from the menu!

THIS IS THE REVIEW TO READ*** I have regularly supported this location for many years. Todays experiences was totally unacceptable. The cashier was rude and denied me the opportunity to speak with a manager regarding my concerns. I ordered my food and used Door Dash for delivery and the cashier did not contact me to inform me that what I ordered was not available. After doing some research I was notified that the cashier sent the Door Dash driver away without contacting me. I don't recommend using this location unless you are okay with bad customer service or not receiving your food at all. Note: The Cashier is also the manager let her tell it! (I was required to give one star for my review to post)

Food and service was excellent. I will be back. I'll be telling everyone about the fish!!

What kind of garbage is Charlie D's feeding people these days!? The fish is barely cooked, kind of a light yellow, and falling apart. Absolutely not fried!!! I'm afraid to eat it! The Philly cheesesteak is definitely overcooked. The meat is burnt!

The location at 600 E 99th Street was not good at all. The batter tasted funny which made the fish taste peculiar; and then some of the basa was crispy while other parts were not. Don't know if they are using different ingredients as everyone is trying to save money; but not at the customer expense. Maybe they should be able to hire someone who knows how to cook. It will be a while before I go back there.

I've ordered several times from this location because of how well the food was prepared. But the last time it was terrible. My fish, hush puppies ,and fried mushrooms were all overcooked. I had a side of fries, and there were legit 7 fries in the box. Customer service has ALWAYS been an issue, but it was particularly bad this last time. My fiancé took the food back (2 dinners) and when he handed her the bag the cashier's response was "Feels light". Very unprofessional. But yes, there's no sides because I feed them to my dog because humans wouldn't haven't eaten a hard mushroom. Fish was still there. Instead of replacing the dinners, she gave I him a box of fish (Not enough to feed 2 people). P. S. NOBODY that worked there, had on a mask when my husband went the second time...cashier or cooks.
