The Philly cheesesteak was Ok. Not good enough to go back for. The service was not that good. We told the workers the Dr Pepper wasn't working and they said yes it was finally had to show them that it wasn't. That was kind of frustrating. The fries don't seem to be the same as the Burger shack. Burger shack is 5+ will definitely stay with that one.

If mall cheesesteak sandwiches get you all revved up I've stumbled upon our place. I constructed quite the fuel tank for delicious food and with Charley's large portions of cheesesteak and jalapeño cheese fries I filled that tank quite swiftly. They advertised the best cheesesteak in the world.... Maybe not the best in the world but I stand behind the best mall cheesesteak and jalapeño fries I've ever had.

Definitely another stop by in the future. Best loaded cheesesteak I've had in quite some time. The staff was excellent and the food was superior. Lemonade was fresh and sweet. I haven't had loaded cheese fries in this capacity before. Philadelphia is going to have to step up there game after this fulfilling trip to the independence mall.

Grabbed a Philly on my way out the mall. It was my first time here. The cashier was patient while I was reading the menu and made suggestions. I like how they make each sandwich fresh and the meat isn't precooked and sitting in a warmer. They offer many options to add to the sandwiches and the prices are worth it. The food was great! Are it before I could take a picture...that gives me a reason to go back!
