Rude owner , the salesman was nice but after talking with owner who was extremely rude I cancelled my $6k order and bought from another carpet company

I decided to go here because they have been in Belton since all we had was a grocery store and McDonald's so they must be doing something right. I wasn't thrilled to spend money on carpet, let's face it carpets a necessary evil. Salesman was fantastic we told him we foster for Wayside and have a gigantic dog of our own so pet protection was a must. He took us right to the perfect carpet. We went in on a Friday and Monday he was there to measure. Told me installation could be a few weeks but since I was off work for the next two I needed it done then. He said no problem how's a week and a half. Perfect!The installers were there on said day on time and very polite. If I remember their names correctly it was Tommy, Matt and TJ. These guys had a whole house to do they helped move furniture, vacuumed up the carpet before they left and kept me informed of what the plan was all the way through. They even swept our floor before laying down the new stuff. I have never had work done on my house and had such a wonderful experience. These three guys were exceptional at their job. If I could give them and Carpet for less ten stars it still wouldn't be enough. I hope you guys read this lengthy review it's not something I normally do. It was definitely earned! Thanks guys!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with Carpets for Less. I was greeted by Jeremy the minute I walked in the door. He was very easy to talk to and not pushy. I went in to buy carpeting but ended up buying vinyl flooring also. The guys that laid the vinyl were on time and hard workers. They went way above and beyond my expectations. They even removed our old carpeting on the same day! We were scheduled for 2 days to get the work done. Very pleasant guys with lots of experience. We all had an extra day. The carpeting was put down today. The father and son team came in and did an amazing job. They cleaned every piece of carpet as they went along. They even worked until 10 pm to get us finished because we were in a time crunch!!I have to tell you I started out with a bid from Lowes, but after entering their store I felt like I mattered as a customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARPETS FOR LESS

Loved working with Dan and J.D. They did our entire house in carpet, laminate flooring, and tile last spring. Helped us get top dollar for it when we sold it. Quick and friendly service as well as years of experience helping us to pick the right products for what we needed. Since my install they also came out and did an excellent job replacing my folks carpeting (better quality and better prices than the carpet bid from NFM) moved everything professionally and did an excellent job. Buying a new house next week and have already scheduled J.D. to come out and give me advice on Luxury Vinyl Plank for our kitchen and carpet for the basement. 2 of my co-workers have used them as well, and were very satisfied. I feel confident referring these guys to anyone who needs flooring done right. I'll never buy flooring anywhere else. I appreciate dealing with a local family owned and operated store that I have been able depend on being there when I need anything vs trying to find someone new each time I go to Home Depot (who I'm sure won't be there next year when I need tile for the bathrooms)Thanks for everything - see you next week at my new house!!

When I purchased my home, I was given a flooring allowance to be used at Carpet For Less. I picked out sheet vinyl for the kitchen and dining area and the floor had not even been down a month before I noticed bubbling. I had the installer back twice in a 12 month period and finally decided it was just going to be getting worse, so I contracted with another company for new flooring. The original installer did not use glue on the entire floor and where it bubbled, was no glue at all. One of the bubbles was bigger than a dinner plate. ONE person lives here. All I was offered was a $300 credit only if I used them again. I gave them THREE tries. No thank you. Beware.

J.D. in the store was great to work with and gave us very competitive pricing.... The best by far!!! The actually crew that came out to do the work... Extremely professional, clean and timely. They worked long and hard to ensure the big project was done on schedule. They made sure they didn't inconvenience us while getting the work done. Strongly recommend this company!

Super nice sales team and very knowledgeable on products. They have high end products and our homes look fabulous.

I worked with J.D. at Carpet For Less, and my entire experience was fantastic. I really didn't know what I wanted. J.D. took the time to answer my questions, and I had a lot of questions. He gave me samples to take home, and even ordered me some additional samples. The entire process from the purchase and install was fantastic. I wouldn't receive this type of service from a big box store! I'd rather shop and support small business anytime I can.

I am baffled at the lack of consideration for my time that was given by J. D. the manager and the OWNER. I was told that my carpet would take about 3 hours to install. Great, I arranged for 4 hours of my time in case the installation ran over. I was also told that 2 installers would be doing the work. Yet only one showed up. I only need carpet installed in one room. Said room is 250 sq ft (350 sq of carpet ordered and paid for). The ONE room had zero furniture in it. After 5.5 hours, my carpet was finally finished being installed. When I called to complain I was greeted with a very rude argumentative employee followed by a manager with an extremely rude tone of voice. When I asked for some form of compensation, I was told "that's not how the real world works" and "I've never had someone complain in 35 years". Those were lame excuses given with a poor attitudes. There was no consideration given to me for my time. I have never received such poor customer service after I paid for a product. Especially a product that I spent a lot of money on....for just one room of carpet.
