Carnival Times

I rented a full size carnival grade Cotton Candy Machine on a cute pink cart from this rental business for my daughters 29th birthday. It was SO much fun!! Beverly at Carnival Times was so accommodating & helpful. I reserved it over the phone with cc payment, she emailed me a contract & I signed & sent back to her then picked up the next day. She explained how to run it. It was a surprise & everyone at the party loved it young & old! My grandkids couldn't believe how awesome it was! Cotton candy was fluffy & delicious & they have all flavors! Very excellent experience. This business rents snow cone, Margarita,& about any type machine you can think of! Bouncy houses too!! Thank you Beverly & Carnival Times for making the party a great success & fond memories for all of us!

Thanks to Bev and her team, my daughter's 6th birthday was the "best ever". The bounce house was clean, on time, and no hassle setup and pickup. I was surprised how quiet it was too! We will be using Beverly again soon and will recommend to friends and neighbors.

We are new to the Kansas City area and were so excited to attend the Sprint Family Fun Days today. Unfortunately, we had a horrible and unsettling run in with the woman working the bounce house from this company. We were waiting in line with our three children for the bounce house and this woman let our two oldest children in and made our two year old wait. Our two year old was waiting patiently, but we just weren't sure if she was or wasn't allowed in, so I told her to go ahead. The woman working the bounce house shoved her backwards and told her to wait. This happened several more times when I finally grabbed my two year old's hand and asked the woman to stop shoving her. She immediately got extremely rude and defensive and said she wasn't going to allow my two year old inside the bounce house. She then proceeded to start allowing the children standing BEHIND us in line to go in in front of my daughter. I was in complete shock at the insanely rude and mean spirit this woman was displaying. I told her I was going to call the company to let them know how she was treating us and she said "Go ahead, my family owns the company." So apparently this woman was proud to represent her family owned company in this manner. I was truly appalled that a grown adult would be so vindictive against a child and I was disturbed at the way she kept shoving a two year old. I would NEVER consider doing business with a company like this, whose employees (or excuse me, family members) act in such an immoral and unethical way.
