"Warning: LONG review. I truly cannot say enough good things!Michael did a wonderful job coordinating, planning and DJing my April 2014 wedding reception. Yes, he played music, but even more, he performed the role as our reception coordinator. Like many brides, I originally thought that I needed to hire someone who could just play music. After seeing many positive reviews of Michael's services online, my fiance' Justin and I met with him in person. During our meeting, we realized that Michael was the real deal and that we needed to work with him. Michael explained how he would do much more than just play music -- he would help with planning the reception events with us, he would routinely meet with us throughout the whole planning process, he'd make sure the flow of the entire event made sense, etc. And he did exactly that!We Skyped with Michael on one occasion and also met in person on a few occasions. We also met at our reception site with Michael so he could plan out the event details, the location of the grand entrance, etc. Throughout our planning, Michael also was very prompt to respond via email whenever I reached out with questions, ideas and concerns.Michael told us time and time again that our job as the couple was to just enjoy our reception; his job was to make sure that it ran smoothly. And Michael kept that promise. Justin and I danced, mingled, enjoyed our food, and had a wonderful time at our reception. We never had any question about what's next, where do we go, aren't we supposed to cut the cake at some point? When we needed to perform a specific task at our reception, Michael found us and briefly gave us a reminder. On the music side of things, our dance floor was crowded the entire night. Of course as the bride and groom, we were busy talking with so many people, so we were not on the dance floor too much. Following up with one of the bridesmaids next day, she said, "I was on the dance floor the whole night!" Michael's planning and organization services combined with his DJ expertise was worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend him to any bride and groom looking for a DJ -- and then some. We will forever be grateful for the contribution he made and the hard work he put in on our very special day."
"Where do I even begin? We had just a 28 person wedding including us, the bride and groom... Sounds simple, right? Well, we complicated it by marrying alllll the way out at Powell Gardens, and then doing to reception alllll the way back in town at Lidia's. Lots of driving! In addition to that, it was important to us (ok mostly me) to have a Zero Waste wedding- with stations set up all over the house/venues for waste to go to recycling, compost, Terracycle, burn-ables for our fire pit, etc. etc. It required a lot more work, and LaTasha helped to make it happen!LaTasha was CONSTANTLY on her feet, thinking ahead, anticipating my needs, conducting our rehearsal (we didn't know what the hell we were doing!!), picking up breakfast for us on the big day, wrangling folks for photos, collaborating with the photographer, making our yummy but somewhat boring looking cake POP with flowers and handmade bird toppers, video-ing all the toasts... I mean seriously, what can't she do?! She even helped me sneak a nerf bullet into my bestie-of-honor's bouquet so that I could surprise the groom with a silly inside joke during our vows when I handed him a flower with the nerf bullet tied to the stem... GOT HIM!!!Everyone in our families and close friend group admired LaTasha's hard work and cheerful can-do attitude. She fit right into the energy of our big day. She thinks of EVERYTHING. I absolutely loved working with her, and the amount of stress she saved me was just so impactful- my main goal for the weekend was to direct all our guests' well-meaning logistical questions to her, so that I didn't have to think or make decisions- I could just divorce my phone for the day and be present. It was one hell of a weekend. It would not have been as breezy and fun without LaTasha there to guide things."
"We used Affordable Elegance Catering for our wedding last month. They were AMAZING! Everybody commented on how great the food was. Dee-Dee and her staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. From beginning to end they kept in contact with us to make sure our big day was perfect. We would recommend Affordable Elegance to anyone looking for a caterer. Thank you so much!!"
"If you are planning a wedding, read this FIRST!I am a high functioning OCD type of person, and when we decided to get married with only 2 and a 1/2 months notice I went into overdrive planning. We identified a location and starting tasking friends and contacting vendors within a week, but I quickly started to get overwhelmed with the amount of effort. I was trying to juggling working full time, traveling for work and planning a wedding with next to no notice when my best friend begged me to find a day-of wedding coordinator. I turned to trusty Yelp to help me out and was sad to see the lack of reviews for wedding vendors. However, I did find one review for Buffee Ann and saw I could contact her for a quote. She quickly replied and when I decided not to move forward was sweet in her response to my poor life choices. Only a few days later I changed my mind and she encouraged me to skype with her before making another bad decision. I am so glad I did! From the start Buffee was energetic and encouraging while also allowing my strong personality to dictate as much as I could of the planning process. I have to say at the end of the day, hiring Buffee to help me out was the BEST IDEA EVER!If you're planning a wedding, get help from the very start. Buffee offered suggestions for vendors after we ran into challenges with a few of ours, and we realized she would have been a savior if we had used her from day 1. She worked with our bartending service to help resolve a difficult issue and found me someone to help with my hair (which received numerous compliments). Buffee even offered to add some much needed make-up to my very ungirly self. To say she was a fairy godmother would be an understatement. If you're looking for help with planning anything, go no further. Buffee Ann will take care of you, be your cheerleader, and provide excellent suggestions for local vendors."
"Hillcrest is a golf course in transition, and little by little it seems to be turning itself around. I played this last year and it was in terrible shape. This year the course looks better managed, greens and tee boxes are in a lot better shape, and the experience was much better. The track has a lot of fine holes, mature trees put shot placement at a premium, but give opportunities for a few errant shots. Better bring your A game out of the shoot, as the first hole, is 235 yd par 3. What I ultimately see happening is, Cerner will buy the course in 3 years and make it into their company track, at that point it will become a stellar track that everyone in KC will want to play."
"Wedding venues are intensely personal and have to fit the couples' needs, so any venue isn't for every one - that's true. The Vow Exchange though, is an awesome idea and probably perfect for a lot of different situations. We're not looking for a cavernous venue and the fact that The Vow Exchange holds no more than 28 guests (wedding party not included) is actually helpful. We're not feeling obligated to invite everyone we've ever met and actually have a reason why we can't. They have a several options ranging from just the space for an hour to the space, flowers, drinks, a photographer, and an officiant. Prices range from $200 to $1000. The interior is somewhat shabby chic with exposed brick and rough hewn beams, comfortable chairs and benches and wrought iron decor. There's a large overhead door that (I assume) can be opened if the weather permits. Our wedding is scheduled for May - we'll let you know how it goes and update this review then!"
"This was a great space for the 40+ person volunteer event I attended. Enter Burg & Barrel's door, turn right, and you are in the event space. There was a small bar area staffed by Burg & Barrel, a nice seating area with a large screen for event photos or videos, and a restroom. The full bar and food menus of Burger & Barrel were available, along with their friendly staff. Very nice!"
"Hitched Planning + Floral was super easy to work with and made my wedding the most elegant and beautiful it could be. I really enjoyed working with Jessica and Emily. They are both really creative and good listeners. I shared a Pinterest board of different weddings and floral I liked and they were able to quickly figure out my aesthetic and propose bouquets and floral arrangements that were just what I wanted. Meeting with them their beautiful Westside storefront was always fun and very relaxing. I highly recommend them for weddings and other events!"
"We had our class reunion at Dunn's Landing last fall. The venue is immaculate! Every detail is perfect! The tables and chairs were lovely. The parking space is plentiful and there was a parking attendant. I did not do the planning but I understand the price was supper reasonable. I would definitely use them again for a large dinner reception."
"Larissa was BORN to plan events!! She thinks of EVERY detail you would never dream of and is very meticulous of every detail. She stays calm during the craziness of it all and is extremely organized. She has a great sense of trending designs and décor. I highly recommend her for any event you need!"
"Chappelow Events offers the ultimate in client service. From planning to design to execution, Beth and the Chappelow Events team made sure that the charity event we were hosting was as perfect as it could possibly get. With creativity and an eye (and passion) for detail, Beth and her team work seamlessly to ensure that your event goes great from the day you start planning until the last guest has left. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will certainly use them again for future event planning needs."
"Abby from A Wedding Come True is TOP NOTCH! As a KC wedding florist, I work with many of the best wedding coordinators in town - and Abby's level of professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise make her one of the finest! She is a leader in the KC wedding industry, consistently bringing together the best talent, encouraging networking, and educating those around her."

My name is Krissy Power and I am the Event Sales Coordinator at Tiffany Greens Golf Club. I had the pleasure of working alongside Latasha this weekend at a wedding held at our clubhouse. Not only was Latasha organized and on the ball at all times, but she was calm, cool, and collected, and was able to diffuse any and all mini crises that would naturally occur on your wedding day. She had a resolution to everything, and it is an understatement to say that she totally impressed me this weekend. Do yourself a favor and hire Latasha. You will not regret it!!!!! :)

We were beyond happy with Affordable Elegance. They were amazing!! They went out of their way to make sure the day was perfect. The reception venue would not allow us to drop off cheese/fruit trays the morning of our wedding because they did not have anywhere to store them until that evening. Affordable Elegance brought the trays down for us and it was ready to go when cocktail hour started. They were so easy and friendly to work with. They service at the reception was professional and everything went smoothly. They served over 350 people at our wedding and everyone had plenty of food! I recommend AE to anyone getting married in the Kansas City area!

From the first time we Skyped in February all the way to our wedding day on 10/1/16, Buffee Ann was there to answer every question. We had the added stress of living in a different state than where the wedding was, but it didn't phase her in the least. Not only did she keep in contact with our vendors, check in periodically to see how things were going, keep all the paperwork organized, and help us bring our ideas and desires to life...she did it all while pregnant with her first child! I felt connected to Buffee Ann from the beginning, and always looked forward to our conversations. She brought up things I hadn't thought about yet and suggested some great ways to save money while still keeping our desired outcome. For the big day itself, I opted to have her and her assistant(s) come to keep us on track throughout the whole event. I'm so glad I did because I don't do well under pressure and surely would've lost control without her! Thankfully, Magical Moments was there the whole day to answer questions, keep time, run items back and forth as needed, and do anything and everything they could to make it the best day ever! I may have hired a wedding planner, but I feel as though I also gained a wonderful friend. I would highly suggest Magical Moments to anyone in the KC area (and even Lawrence, KS, where we were married). Affordable, hard-working, collaborative, and so so sweet. Thank you, Buffee Ann!!

This course has been around forever and it is a hidden gem in eastern Kansas City. The price was right (about $23 for a week day rate) and booking a tee time was a breeze through the GolfNow website. Despite many tee times open and available around our time, when we arrived, two foursomes teed off prior to us and were painfully slow. We ended up teeing off 30 minutes late, something that always eats me up. Wish the pro shop would do a better job of staggering the golfers. The course was in really good shape and was very challenging. I liken it to a "Baby Swope" with its rolling hills and well maintained fairways. Despite the recently aerated greens, the course played well. We ended up having to join up with a twosome behind us to speed things up. Both were club members and were very gracious and kind. I'll definitely be back but five hours to play 17 holes (I had to skip the last hole due to an afternoon commitment) is unconscionable. Hope the next round here is better managed by marshals and employees.

Just had our wedding here this weekend and couldn't have been happier. The place was absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. There was no rehearsal but our wedding coordinator communicated my wishes so well that everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend The Vow Exchange for any bride that wants a small, affordable, AND beautiful wedding put together with minimal stress and customization where it matters the most.

Staff Christmas party was great!I was surprised they didn't have two people taking drink orders - I felt like our one server was maxed out!But the sangria was delicious! The space was plenty large for our party, and allowed for the games the ladies had planned for us.Buffet was okay. It was simple bar food. It didn't inspire me to return. And take a peak at my photo of the sign in the bathroom - it made me laugh!!

"The most charming and quaint chapel for a small & intimate wedding. Management is incredible to work with and will make your entire day stress free. Highly recommend!!"
"If you want barn meets elegant chic then here's a wonderful wedding/any kind of event venue space. The venue is settled near one of KC's small little towns called Weston. Which I liked since it helped give it a barn chic and it's a bit of a distance from downtown KC. I came for a wedding and I really liked the venue but it wasn't a breathe taking venue since it's beside the main road coming in and out of Weston from the highway. Apparently, it's hard to get a spot to reserve for the venue and I somewhat see why.The parking area to the main venue area is a climb especially if you have heels and/ or older guests with you.Do I recommend it? Yes but I might want to look other places since I don't feel like it's unique."
"Pair amazing Joes BBQ with private party dining and you have the 180 Room. It's the private party/banquet dining arm of Joes BBQ. The same great food and a private bartender. Our room had 2 large tables (8 tops?) and then a buffet line as well as a private bartender. Food and service was great. Would definitely put this on your list for smaller banquets."
"Great little place to get away from the city without having to drive forever. Owner is super nice and will sit and share conversations and knowledge with you. Would be a great place to hold an event!!"
"Came here on a blustery March day for a business meeting. One of the other party we were meeting with had made the arrangements, so I was only an attendee. The place was nice, comfortable and the staff that I briefly interacted with were both pleasant and professional. All the requests that I new of were promptly and politely taken care of. So, for a participant, I enjoyed it. Also, they had drinks and snacks which were all top notch. Finally, we had a catered lunch. It was a solid meal. Not great, but probably top notch for what I would expect a catered hotel meal to be like. If you are looking for fine dining, you're in the wrong category. For an event space, it hit the mark."
"I can't recommend Decemeber from Soirée Event Designs high enough! We were planning our wedding ceremony and events on our own up until a month and a half prior to the date. As the date became closer, we started to feel a bit overwhelmed with all the details. I received Decemeber's information from a friend, and from our first interaction, she was a true professional!Because we were less than two months from our wedding, Decemeber moved to schedule our face-to-face meeting quickly. The introduction discussion was well organized and she walked me through all of our vendor details, wedding party, must-haves, etc. My fiancé and I thought we had covered all our bases, but it was obvious after our discussion that there were many other details we needed to address. Decemeber made this feel like a breeze, and immediately helped wrap up finishing touches and assembled a "day-of" timeline. She began coordinating directly with our vendors, to eliminate the stress from the groom and me.Because of all the work Soirée did up front, the day of our wedding was well executed, relaxed and most importantly fun! As the bride, I didn't have to worry about who needed to be where and when. Decemeber had all of this outlined for us. She even found a new hairstylist two weeks before the wedding, after I decided to make a last minute change! From the first phone call with Decemeber to giving her a hug at the end of our wedding reception, she made wedding planning a stress-free process and our day was executed to perfection! (And if there was a hiccup, she handled it and we never knew) On top of her professionalism, Decemeber is a joy to work with to plan a major event."
"Hello! I would like to be transparent and say that I did not end up using Brandi all the way to completion, but I will say that from our first call we connected and I can tell that she is a really good hearted person that means what she says.I am in California, so not super close to her (haha) but she assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. I needed some help for my husband's 50th birthday party. I have 3 year old twins so I wasn't sure how much I was going to be able to do on my own. She immediately sent me ideas for a theme on his birthday and discussed finding venues. I also started going to work looking at venues because I was nervous she wouldn't really know the area out here. I ended up finding a few and she called on them immediately. She booked me a tour of two of the venues I wanted. I ended up picking one quickly and she immediately put down the deposit for it. At the same time as she and her team were working on my event, i was working on it too coincidentally. I guess I had more time than I thought I did! I ended up really enjoying the process of researching vendors, reaching out to them and then when it came to booking them, I would kick them back over to Brandi. That's when things got a little slow and I jumped on them. She did let me know that she's not slow, I'm just really fast lol... I guess what I was really in the search for was a day of coordinator because I LOVE doing the planning (I hadn't realized that before though). I asked to cancel the contract for the reason that I was really just doing it all myself. No testament against her! She did have files and files of things she was working on for me. I just am a rush rush get things done now kind of person. She has a good heart and will make events beautiful I'm sure! Very willing to work with the client as you can see from below!"
"When I hear she was planning my best friends wedding, I thought we would have help when it came to every step of the way and on the day of. Do not give this business your hard earned money. We had to plan, organize, execute and decorate everything ourselves. The dress rehearsal-they sent a brand new worker to organize the walk through. She didn't have a schedule or anything that had been sent to the business email directing location, timing and setup. We had to figure out everything for ourselves with no aid from this business. We did not meet the owner of this business till it was time for the reception. She was unorganized and broke the decorations that her and her team stuffed into containers after the reception. Her team then came in after the reception and pulled bottles of wine for themselves while acting highly inappropriately. From beginning to end, they are not worth the money you pay them. They will be hopeless in communication, silent when you are distressed, and incapable of understanding what it takes to run a proper business. Final note, being unable to help on one of the most important days for a bride and groom should remind you why you started your business. Not to make a quick buck and short change people who relied on you."
"I ordered my mom some roses from here , wow is all i can say . They're very beautiful and at a very reasonable price . This was my first time ever ordering flowers , the lady i spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and patient with me and answered all questions and help me pick the perfect ones for the perfect lady in my life ! Thank you all !!! I will be using again"
"I use ultrapom regularly for chairs. Their showroom is beautiful, their staff is friendly and to call the process "seamless" is a understatement. I don't even shop around any more. I'm an ultrafan of ultrapom."
"Bar Vixens is a fantastic to work with. They have amazing customer service and listen to what your needs are. I recommend over and over again."
"My son just got married here, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Lovely space, right next to an antique shop and across from the lake. The owner was super accommodating every step of the way, their price was more than reasonable, and they went above and beyond with helping with decorations and prep. They have a very nice large deck where we set up the bar, and plenty of space for our small-ish wedding of about 100 people. They have a great area downstairs for the bride & groom to prep, complete with a big TV in the groom's space. There is also plenty of parking nearby, so it's easy to get to. I would highly recommend VIP is you have a wedding or any other special event coming up."
"I worked with Erika and Veronica at Eco-Posh on my wedding earlier this month. They did the floral/centerpiece design and day-of coordination. From my first meeting with Erika I knew I had found the right person to work with because she completely understood the sort of look I wanted. The flowers were stunning (and eco-friendly/local!), and the day-of coordination was by far the best investment I could have made for the wedding. This goes without saying, but weddings are a LOT of work and can be extremely stressful at times. When it came down to the day of the wedding, I wasn't stressed, Erika and Veronica made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be, and it went off without a hitch. Extremely professional, friendly, and creative. Couldn't ask for more."
"My #1 favorite thing at our wedding reception. The supplied all the materials, and gave us a professionally made book of all of our photos and the photos that are guests took. The beginning started out all normal happy faces and then by the end of the night when people had a bit much happy juice they became very hilarious. It's the one thing I always recommend when someone asks what to have at their reception."
"So, I'm not planning a wedding, or a wedding planning business, so I might not know the specifics of what a bride is looking for. But I have definitely been around my fair share of event spaces. And Hawthorne House seems like a good one. There is a nice little chapel. It's crisp and clean and bright. Also, I appreciate that it's a "chapel" but it's not remotely religious. It's basic, to be sure, but I think there's a lot to be said for simplicity. My only complaint was that the acoustics here are ROUGH. Plan on adding some sound absorbing features if you want people to actually be able to hear what's going on. OR, ban loud, noisy children from attending. Seriously, I couldn't hear a single word of the ceremony because of a few irritating babies. You cross a nice little bridge through some trees, and then you're at the reception venue. I was quite impressed. The aesthetics match the chapel in that it's simple and clean. There are quite a few windows and the lighting is fancy without being overly ornate. The bar is completely adequate, and has room for 8 taps of beer, if that's your thing. Around the front of the house is a wraparound porch that just felt great to be on, as if you were at the house of some wealthy relative. And the front lawn is expansive with a pretty nice little gazebo. Not sure what you'd do there, but I'm sure it would fulfill your gazebo needs. My only complaint about the reception hall itself was the limited number of bathrooms. I can see with a larger event how there'd be a line for the facilities. The staff was all friendly and helpful, an stayed out of your way. The food was provided by the venue, and it was alright. It wasn't all totally to my liking, but that could be the menu the couple selected, or the cooks could have had an off night. But they kept the buffets filled and hot and did a good job otherwise. I can't say that I was OMG blown away by Hawthorne House, but I was certainly impressed. Any bride-to-be that chose this venue would be making a wise decision."
"I recently got married at this beautiful venue! It's owned by a mother/daughter team, and the event space is actually on their land where one of them lives in a BEAUTIFUL home! The space is located just outside of Weston, and the ceremony area backs up to a beautiful field with a tobacco barn in the distance. They've done a lot of landscaping around the area, so there are flowers and mature trees any where you look! They've got two places outdoors where you can have an open-air wedding, and they even have a third space that's covered. Yay for an included rain plan!Christy and Kate, the owners, were wonderful to me throughout the wedding planning process! They returned my emails in a timely manner, and were easy to work with to make my dream wedding happen.I like that they allowed us to use several different things throughout the property without an additional charge. I even needed a small table for the ceremony and they took one right out of the management office for me to use for the day! These ladies know how to figure things out and make it work! When I got the hair brained idea that I wanted wedding pictures IN the tree out front, they found me a stepladder to make it happen. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because of a couple of snafu's during the months leading up to the wedding. About a month after we signed the contract, we got a letter from them saying that we suddenly had to pay taxes on something that wasn't included before. It wasn't a huge amount, but it was $200 or so that we hadn't planned on, and I'm still unsure of what exactly we were having to pay for. The other issue was that the lady (note that it was neither Kate or Christy, although they showed up later in the day) who was there while we decorated wasn't the most friendly. I never got the lady's name, but she criticized our drink choices, made fun of the decorations, and when I went to fill up a bucket of ice, she told me that it was too early to do so. (I knew I had guests coming in a couple of hours and I wanted to have the water bottles cold before they got there. I also knew that I wasn't going to have anyone around who could fill the buckets for me later, so what ended up happening? The groom and I filling up metal washtubs with ice...in our wedding outfits!) Nothing the lady did was really "bad" per se, just a bit unprofessional. The day was wonderful, and it wouldn't have been that way without Eventful. The place is moderately-priced, too, for the amount of space that you get, so it's definitely a place I would recommend!"
"This was a wonderful venue for a smaller family wedding. The Highlands room has a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course that's perfect for pictures. I only wish the wedding photographer would have taken pictures there instead of outside of the church. The chefs meal was great and received many compliments on the dinner. Another huge plus is Amanda is excellent and very efficient to work with! Her helpers the night of the wedding were professional and courteous as well! The only problem was the second bartender was not savvy at making drinks. Must have been new. There was wait at times and we payed for the mid tier alcohol and not sure they were always pouring that. Otherwise I would highly recommend this venue! It such a great location too! Was close to the church so the guests didn't travel far at all! My son was able to take advantage of it but the groom gets a free round of golf too! Just a great experience overall!"
"I'm here for an insurance class - The facility itself isn't bad, but the food is...gross. Like, worse than grade school lunch gross. And there was only one server working our sit down lunch of about 60 people, and she looked absolutely miserable."
"These people have been doing what they do for 28 years - they know weddings and I do NOT which is why put my faith to the experts at Nolte's. My sister is getting married and we've been going mad looking for bridesmaid's dresses (I'm personally particular about finding a dress that isn't plainly hideous, as most are - but the bride gets the last word...as that one unfortunate tradition goes.)Michael Nolte is actually certified in the wedding industry - and I wasn't even aware until I logged onto their website that there was even such a thing - and well there is. This place is no joke. Walking in I felt as though I might have to be interviewed by someone before set free to look around - it is a true elitist bride's paradise! Seriously though, the dresses are so elegant and dramatic (if you're a picky bride - you'll be shocked and in love with this place - it's THAT good). Like Amy R. said, it is not budget-friendly - it's couture bridal dressing so 'inexpensive' is a nonexistent word here. They do excellent marketing, as their website lists all the top 10 ways that Nolte's is above and beyond any other bridal shop but I'll just highlight a few of my favorites:1. They give you free membership in the National Bridal Service.2.They will order any gown you want - in the world. If you have one of those "this is the one" feelings while flipping through a bridal magazine, they are the ones that make it happen AND they even match the competitors price. That's pretty incredible.3. They can connect you to other certified wedding planners and this is amazing because not only would they have exquisite taste as a member of Nolte's select coordinators but it's like planning your big day in one neat little package. If you have the money to buy a dress at Nolte's, than you'll surely have enough to work with the Nolte wedding staff planners to translate your dream into reality.I'm amazed at the quality of this place, especially after spending so much time at bridal shops lacking taste and class - Nolte's to the rescue is more like it."
"Heather was very helpful in planning my daughters wedding. She was very nice, and easy to work with! She helped make the day run much smoother."
"These girls are amazing. I've worked with them on several occasions and they keep the ball rolling. There is never an emergency when you have the Elle girls by your side."
"My husband and I got married May 2014 and had our reception at this venue. For starters let me just say that the hall itself is very nice and clean also doesn't need many decorations because of how modern it is. On the other hand. These people put on a front that they are going to help you through everything and be so helpful and they are just there to make sure that everything goes smooth for us. Which felt like a lie to us after everything was over. There were so many red flags that we had and if we hadn't paid so much money for them, we would have walked away. They never tried to set up any of the meetings for the food tasting or decorations, I had to reach out to them. They were very pushy about their DJ and were rude to ours when we didn't choose theirs. There were probably ten of our guests that have told me stories about how they were rude to them! They told us that we would do the final billing the night of and if we had more people we would pay and if we had less they would refund us. But then Cindy was extremely rude to my mother who paid for the whole thing. and told her she doesn't know who told her that but she's not getting any of her money back. for one reason or another. But they went too far by calling me (the bride) the night before my wedding while I am sitting at dinner with my family, asking for more money. I could go on and on about things that bothered me but it doesn't change anything. I don't normally put reviews about things up. But these people were so extremely unprofessional with our reception. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
"Sarah did a great job organizing my daughter's wedding. She was present at all important times, making sure the wedding and reception came off without a hitch. I recommend her highly."
