"Adding an update as this spot has come in clutch a few years in a row now.Friend and I have a tradition to get together for skeet shooting nearby each November, often needing a spot with a dog friendly patio afterword. This could not have fit the bill any better than it did.For starters, the perfect fall weather, paired with the ample picnic benches, games, and dog-friendly nature of this spot should be enough to catch your attention. The friendly server also happened to have a similar dog to mine, and her energy added to the great vibes overall.The food was good and hit the spot. First time in I had a chicken sandwich and while it was a bit generic, or maybe a better term is replicable, it still landed for me. This time I got more of a BBQ platter with ribs, pulled pork, fries and Texas toast. It all was good, particularly the BBQ sauce. The ribs feel right off the bone and the pulled pork had a nice flavor.Good option if you're outside of Lawrence in the Eudora area."

"AN ABSOLUTE GEM! Taco cacao has been on my list for a while but it was difficult to get to since they close at 8. But I finally was able to order the chicken, carne asada, and pork tacos! The chicken and carne asada were my favorite. Every time I took a bite it was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. The tacos were double layered tortillas and stuffed with a good amount of meat/toppings. Each tacos was about $2.50 - $3 but worth it. 3 tacos satisfied my craving - I bet if they had chips and queso it would be a game changer. I'll definitely be coming back to try the other tacos!"

"Four days later and I am still thinking about the chicken. I think it's fire roasted. but I do know it is delicious and moist. I ordered the half chicken which came with rice, beans, tortillas and sides to make your own wrap. it was so good. i sat in my car and devoured it easily. please stop by and support this local food truck."

"After an acquaintance of my wife's recommended it we threw caution to the wind and decided to drive 30 minutes to try the Humdinger. Cute name but the building not so much. The Humdinger is the epitome of "dive" and that's ok because oftentimes these kinds of places turn out some great food. The Humdinger is sadly an exception. We found the large lot with a small restaurant in the middle and an operating food truck in a corner. We pulled to the back of the building to find a car parked so we took the hint and parked in the same way. Good thing because except for that, you really couldn't tell it was open. Reading signage it appeared that you had to call in your order....we found the line busy but after a few tries we got through and placed our order consisting of a Diet Pepsi, a strawberry shake, a beef humdinger, a cheeseburger and both with tots.The curb service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, other than the tots and shake, the food (sandwiches) were not too impressive. Specifically, they were of average size and definitely greasy. The hamburger on mine was overcooked. Based on our experience I really can't heartily recommend the Humdinger unless you're very close and very hungry. So in a serious pinch, it'll work. Pro tip: Pepsi products only"

"We had the hungry hatch at an event they were at! The service was unbelievably quick! Where they fall short is they don't take Apple Pay, and our two wraps were $30 before tip. We had the Thai and the one with shrimp in it. The Thai was heavy on the greens and the meat was dry. The shrimp one had maybe 4 pieces of shrimp in the whole wrap which was quite disappointing. I like the idea you can do the menu in salad, bowl or wrap form but disappointed with the final result."

"Just recently had finally got to try the Casual Foodie. Gary had caught him several months back and all I ever heard about were the bulgogi tacos. He was just in awe of them. I wasn't sure if I believed the hype. On Saturday we saw the truck and his eyes got as big as saucers. He ordered three pork bulgogi tacos, I got two tacos, one pork bulgogi, one Caribbean jerk. We got queso and chips as well. After we found a place to sit, and Gary finally got to dig in, I asked, "Was it everything you remember and more?" He was grinning from ear to ear and nodded yes. For my experience with the Casual Foodie I have to say, the pork bulgogi lived up to the hype. The meat on those tacos is out of this world. And the sauce on it is a perfect compliment. They're topped with a fried egg so it is rich. The reason I'm doing four stars and not five is while the Caribbean jerk was good it wasn't on the level of the bulgogi. Queso was good. Friendly service. Saw they're in Lenexa this weekend and we'll probably make our way out there to get more tacos."

"This is a food truck that's set up shop in a parking lot next of a tattoo shop at the northeast corner of Santa Fe and Buchanan.The food is a-ok. I really liked the street tacos, especially the carnitas. The burrito was filling, but left me looking for a little more.The staff is friendly and eager to answer any questions you have.This is a good spot if you're close however I would not make a special trip."

"We didn't know much about this food truck that set up shop near the Basehor Farmer's Market on Parallel Parkway. What a pleasant surprise. My wife ordered the Carne Asada Tacos and I had to have the Chicken Lime Tacos. One word comes to mind with regard to our meals. Yum!!! Three tacos per basket with plenty of meat, cheese, and I would say fresh corn tortillas. Delicious sauces! These are REALLY GOOD street tacos for a fair price and we will certainly return."

"My job brought this amazing food truck out for a day and shout out to them for it... okay if you want a cheat meal, this is something I definitely recommend. The Philly cheesesteak fries were so freaking good but you do have to eat them fairly quickly because they aren't stingy on the cheese and sour cream (which is great, not complaining) so they get soggy. But they are so good that you'll scarf them down anyways. The fish tacos were amazing too. Whatever sauce they drizzle on top, get an extra side of that because it really makes the dish. I believe it was like a chipotle aioli but not 100% sure. Only real downside is it's kind of pricey for the kind of food it is."

"We saw the truck was coming to our neighborhood ACE Hardware, so we decided to give them a try. There wasn't really anywhere in the parking lot for us to sit and eat so we decided to take it to go. I ordered the Bourbon Glaze burger and upgraded the fries to add bacon and queso. My husband ordered the spicy avocado burger and also upgraded the fries. My burger was well cooked and seasoned and the bourbon glaze added a hit of sweetness. My only complaint is that the glaze is on the thinner side so my bun was pretty soggy by the time we got home and the glaze is the only wet condiment on the burger, so I ended up adding some mayo. The fries were crispy and salted well and the bacon and queso were great with them. I didn't get to try my husband's burgers, but he said it was delicious and he really liked the cilantro aioli on it. We'll have to give their brick and mortar location a go soon."

Unplaced this order when i was passing it on the way to drop someone off at the airport and it was ready on the way back. Tacos had flavorful meat with onions and cilantro, one mojo sauce which was mild and one rojo which i'd say was medium spicy. It's located where Platte city fuels is."
